The hotel is fine. Location is as good as it gets. Administrator Irina is fantastic! After an issue we experienced the first night of our stay (not a hotel fault, although she did answer our call at 4:30 am to guide us through the issue), she went above and beyond to keep us happy for the rest of our stay. Hotel owners are very lucky to have such a dedicated and professional employee. Thank you for saving our vacation, Irina. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
