Booked this hotel a couple of days ago on 08.21-24.08, and today the message comes:
“Unfortunately, guests are extending their stay by affecting your dates.
We will be glad to see you on other days. ”What do you mean ?! Who does that ?! Considering that these are holidays, it will be very difficult to find a suitable option now. You are acting very unprofessional!

The most honest review for a car owner.

We didn't even have time to move all our things into the room when I realized that I didn't want to stay here. We left after 15 minutes. What happened?
Everything in order:

1. When the booking confirmed the booking, a confirmation letter was sent to the mail where a completely different housing address was indicated (VENGERA Street without house number, and not 18 Centralnaya as indicated in the booking), which should have alerted, but this was only the beginning.

2. After some time, several messages came to Viber from the owner of the property with the peculiarities of living at the facility (attached screenshots). And again, I was not alarmed that one thing was written on the booking, but in fact it was a little different.

3. The owner did not warn that the entrance to the territory is possible only through a guarded checkpoint with sliding gates where it took about 5 minutes to explain to the guard where we were going and why, while other cars were running behind us and honking, while attempts to call the owner were unsuccessful. It's also a funny fact, the guard said that he should know who we were going to, to which I replied: to Martha (this is how the owner of the property introduced himself), the guard's phrase: I don't know any Martha. Question to Martha: Was it really difficult to explain the peculiarities of the way to your territory, or at least to warn the security that guests are coming to you in such a car and with such numbers?

4. There is a very narrow street and it is unrealistic to turn around even to drive away from the gate and realizing that the guard has no way out because a rather big queue lined up behind us, he still opened the gate and we drove into the territory where Marta met us (whom the guard does not know) and led to housing.

5. Attention, one more good news for those who are on their own car! DO NOT leave a car on the territory! According to Marta, there were enough precedents when people were flattened, but after all, it is indicated on the booking that there is parking near the guards at a cost of 40 UAH. day and that will solve the problem, right? NO is not true!

6. We brought our things into the room and on Martha's recommendation I drove back to the security gate to park the car, but not again and again NO! The security guard said there were no seats!

7. I am already writing to Martha and she replies: "I will now agree."

8. I again stand at the gate, but already from the inside, where the cars were again propped up behind me and it is impossible to turn around, the road is too narrow and it turns out I must first go out the gate, turn around and drive back while Martha "negotiates".

9. Left.

11. The guard shows me with his hand, they say: follow me, and I dream that this nonsense will end now, but again no! He simply suggests to me to leave the car near the place where, according to Martha, it is better not to leave the car and that recently another car was flattened there.

12. I thanked the security guard, twisted the steering wheel in half with a sin, drove up to the dwelling, took my things, returned the keys to Marta and left there for the Arcadia hotel where I settled down wonderfully with human parking and loyalty. Such is the story.

Perhaps, if you are without your car, you will be able to rest well here. But this is only possible.
Perhaps the 9.7 rating on the booking is screwed up, but this is only my subjective guess.
Be careful when choosing accommodation through booking, because not all the owners there are conscientious.

Ps. For reference, I have been using booking for several years and such a negative situation is the first time!
