When booing through hotels.com it was written that the parking is included but we were charged for it anyway (it was cheap so I didn’t argue much about it). We also had the breakfast included and it was barely okay. The location is good and rooms are okay. As the name indicates it’s “ok” to stay there, I simply wouldn’t recommend to include breakfast & parking in the booking.

Staying at OK "Odessa" exceeded expectations because of the professional staff (although cleaning could have been done more often), modern amenities, and the convenient location. Thank you, OK "Odessa".

Excellent location, excellent receptionist, bad room service.
I said so, due to bringing my luggages up myself. The service guy was setting and watching. Also, when we ordered an extra blanket, we got it after two calls and 25 min of waiting.

No water provided in the rooms, No water kettle either and water might flood in the shower.. Also don't provide early breakfast as a result of early flights

Worst customer service. There is bugs and fly all over the room. Don't even sneeze, they will charge you money for that. No iron on the floors.

Stayed August 19 & 20. Beautiful weather. Was desperate for accommodation after arriving from Kiev. Only choice left was twin single beds so pushed them together. Shower was cramped so I left doors open and claustrophobia went away. AUD75 a night was too high but hey it's peak season and the girls at Ibiza beach club were AMAZING! I would've been too embarrassed to take one of those girls back to that room. Also it's on a hill. If you are part billy goat you will love it. As for the rest of us, the amount of stairs to reach the foyer - it's ridiculous. TV is poor reception. No english channels I could find but what you save here you can spend at Ibiza beach club!

The renovation the hotel has been done with haste, for this, draw your own conclusions. And here is the place for provideeffective such as the League of Laughter of course comfortable. Filmed blogs here on the League of Laughter and met with a large number of famous comedians in the country;)

Went to reception to replace razmahnino key card - just asked for some numbers.. everything. Neither my name, nor about the documents of ID and speech did not go. Not working map is also not checked. Just gave another one.

This hotel leaves us with a broken door and after we report this problem no one fixes it. The other guests from the hotel next to our room slam the door in the morning and have a dog that is barking and does not let people sleep. When we report this problem the Staff hangs up the phone on us. They are supposed to speak English at this hotel, but the Staff pretend they don't know English. We have many problems at this hotel.
