Good hotel and good location. Only 5 to 10 minutes walk to Arkadia Centre. Room was clean. Please use entrance of Tinysta street instead

Beautiful, cozy, hospitable hotel with the most caring and smiling staff! It can be seen that the house was built recently, fresh and clean. Exceeded all my expectations, pleasantly pleased and surprised!

Have been in this hotel long enough. I had to come to Filatov's hospital for treatment. Chosen as an alternative to a daily apartment, where Odessa realtors rip off a lot of money from you, and this is in the non-resort season. All liked it. The room had a balcony from which you could see the edge of the sea. The staff are friendly and caring. I don't know where the inadequate staff was found. I will continue to use their services if fate throws them to Odessa or advise my friends and acquaintances.
