The hotel is claustrophobic fear.
Basement, terrible smell of mold and dampness. They lived as if in a cave, not understanding morning or night already.
Photos do not match reality.
Everything is old and broken. Shower cubicle for dwarfs, very small.

Nice mini hotel for one or a couple of days. There will be more problems with drying clothes (there is no dryer). And second: satellite TV is good, but there is not a single domestic (Ukrainian) channel. For t2, a complex antenna is not needed.

As an option to spend the night at least somewhere - it’s fine ... but what can you expect from a “supposedly” hotel in the basement? Micro - rooms renovated "2000s" and a window in the upper part of the wall of the room (To whom it may not matter). The price, taking into account the above, could have been made a little lower, and not 600-700 hryvnia, BUT this is the only hotel where at 3 a.m. its employee was not too lazy to answer and then accept me, unlike a dozen others that I called before him !! !

We booked a room in this establishment, it is difficult to call a hotel. Through booking. They indicated a late check-in, because. was a night flight. We arrived at 2 am. We were greeted by a sleepy administrator. Which with a dissatisfied face pointed out to us at a later time. Our number is already rented out. We were not expected. She called us, why didn't we pick up the phone? Well, sorry, the hotel number is not in my phone book. And we were abroad. It makes sense to book a room for ts weeks and upon arrival at 2 am to look for another hotel. Fortunately, there is literally a wonderful Voyage hotel around the corner. in which we settled. Overpaid 2 times. But after a call to Booking customer support, our issue was resolved. The payment was returned to our account. Bravo! Here is the service. Shame on this hotel!
