The best budget hotel! During the season, there are good offers for accommodation, but the places fill up quickly, so it’s better to book rooms in advance during the season. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good European-style renovation, helpful staff will help you get acquainted with the apartments and in the future contact them for service issues. Check-in even at night! I like it! On the territory there are cozy gazebos and barbecue facilities! Prices are reasonable even without discounts! Also on the territory there is a bathhouse with a Finnish sauna where prices do not bite either! I RECOMMEND.

I recommend 👍 I rested with my husband, we were satisfied. Great place to stay. Cozy, clean, delicious cuisine. The staff is friendly, attentive and polite (many thanks to Ira🤗). Close to the sea. Next year we will definitely come to the Mansion. Thank you so much 🙂 good luck and prosperity.

I won’t say anything about the hotel, but the sauna is disgusting, everything is old, dirty, mold is everywhere, does not match the stated description, on weekends 350 UAH per hour. There is no dressing room, the whole room is filled with steam, all outerwear and shoes become wet, it is not comfortable to dress, we were families, in order to change clothes, we had to do it in the toilet, dirty and wet.
It’s not pleasant to be there, if it weren’t for the advance payment, which was asked to be canceled due to the day off, they would have turned around and left immediately. At home, I wanted to wash myself after such a sauna.
The only thing that pleased me was the heat in the sauna and the infrared cabin (though with protruding nails).
The rest is fufufu.

Cheap and fine rooms. Nice staff. You'll have to wait a bit for breakfast (40-50 minutes), so consider eating out.
