A hotel for a few days stay. It situates deeply in industrial zone "Peresyp" of Odessa - it means there is literally nothing near. Also you can enjoy a "beautiful" view from the window :) There is no normal parking in front og hotel - you have to walk from taxi to the door. In general a hotel design reminds a loft: just look on the corrifor and doors of rooms. The room is the same - very ascetic and a standard feature in bathroom: hot and cold water are confused :) The restaurant works only for breakfasts possibly because COVID19 situation. However it is clean and you can enjoy a short stay there - longer will kill you by boredom :)

budget hotel with good hygiene level. Breakfast is also good. Location and building is not so comfy.

Its a old factory building, very interesting place to stay. Hospitable and friendly staff.

Although entrance to the building and access to the reception is a bit extraordinary, it will be good choice to visitors of Odessa who look for a simple, no-frills but clean and professionally-run hotel in the periphery of the port and centrum😊✔

the worse hotel of the network i've ever stayed in (i've tried it in 5 cities). unpolite personnel, very dirty common space (stains on the floor), bad location near the industrial objects (and locals claim its even may be dangerous at night)
