Good clean rooms. The cleaners also do a fine job daily. Toiletries etc provided. Best of all location- its set in a courtyard off a main street in the city centre, close to the Catherine the Great statue. All is good unless you have any special requests, such as with breakfast when it may confuse the staff. Overall I'm happy and would certainly come back though.

Checked in with a girl for a couple of days in the average cost of a room. Wall cardboard, you can hear in the next room talking to the neighbors. Staff - unhelpful and boorish, while wait for something to be brought or helped - to take an eternity. The same goes for the restaurant. Order waited 50 minutes, and I heard a lot about herself, when asked why it took so long.

The hotel is okay... but people... won't say anything... try to get into the hotel, not knowing a phone number front Desk recess. Sort of a Fort Boyard.

At 4-d stars does not pull! Bred purely for Odessa, on the phone booked the Junior Suite room, on arrival it turned out that they did not understand and had to settle in a more expensive Suite. Shower clogged. Towels not fresh, disposable Slippers and bathrobes are missing. Breakfast at a set time, if late eat cold. The yard dirty. After 23:00 on the territory will not fall, only through the administrator, which calls the guard. Waited 20 minutes in the rain. Although decent interior room, good beds. The TV remote works through the time sink button.

You're fine for a working trip. Was three nights with family. Toiletries are not replenished, had to ask. The room is clean but bed uncomfortable. For a short stay for work pass.

That myself.. the heart of the old town, the only plus. But the service and attitude of the people.. needed a computer that would just shift the files. Business center there. At the front Desk was the laptop, but the admin was a pity to meet the man.. Anyway, went to look further. We rented an apartment.
