U goteli Frederik Koklen bula obikradena volonterka i blogerka Veronika Bilotserkivska. Bulo vikradeno dorogi brendovani rechi ta prikrasi, yaki priznachalisya dlya blagodiynogo auktsionu na pidtrimku ZSU. Reaktsiya personalu y administratsiyi bula formalnoyu, bez realnoyi dopomogi, vidpovidalnosti ta prozorogo rozsliduvannya. Takiy riven bezpeki absolyutno ne vidpovidaie zayavlenomu statusu. Ne rekomenduyu. At the Frederic Koklen hotel, a volunteer and blogger Veronika Belotserkovskaya was robbed. Expensive branded items and jewelry were stolen, which were intended for a charity auction in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The response from the hotel staff and management was purely formal, with no real assistance, accountability, or transparency. The level of security clearly does not match the hotel's claimed premium status. Not recommended.

Scammers!!! On December 14, 2025, a guest at this hotel, Nika Belotserkovskaya, was robbed. The maids stole her valuables worth a large sum of money. The items were intended to be sold at auction to raise money for charity for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The hotel management is colluding with its employees, covering up for them and obstructing the investigation!!!

How do you rate a hotel that appears to work as a team to steal from its guests? If you are traveling with anything of value, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Based on my experience, theft was not only ignored but actively covered up. The involvement seemed systemic, including management, administration, and security. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We found this hotel to be excellent! We arrived at 5:20 in the morning and we knew that the front desk opens at 8:00. Nevertheless, a very nice man came out and brought into the hotel and found our reservations and placed us in a room. He said breakfast begins at 8:00 and we could eat and then stop by the front desk to work everything out. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional, the food and service were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights and a great place to entertain business contacts as the restaurant was very good. I strongly recommend this hotel as I spend 140 nights in hotels every year. You will not be disappointed to stay there.

I stayed at the hotel in 2018 and 2019 ... and was regretfully too busy to write a review. It's a perfect, and gorgeous hotel - and was a wonderful spot in which to stay whilst supporting Ukrainian software company Readdle. Thank you again and I look foward to returning again soon.

Despite the confusion with the dates of the booking, the administrator adequately handled the situation, we were not left without a number on the wedding day! Above all praise, now a favorite in Odessa, Sophie's restaurant was very impressed, it's nice that you offer our favorite Trubetskoy wines, wines from our Kherson region. Thank you for your work, we will recommend to all people close to our hearts🥰

Wonderful hotel! Friendly and attentive staff responded immediately to any request! The room is large and freshly renovated (cleaned every day). Great breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant! Convenient central location in a quiet side street. I recommend to stay and will definitely come back to you again!
