A very beautiful historical place. But there are some minor flaws. The tiles in the bathroom are a bit shabby, and there's a hole in the walls from screws where something used to hang. But these are minor details considering how much history this place has. I really enjoyed the service for our event held at the hotel. The food was excellent. The staff carried out their duties professionally. I really liked the reception staff; they had comprehensive answers to any questions. The security guards were very helpful with parking our cars. I really liked it. Thank you.

A Touch of History. My mother and I decided to vacation in Odessa for the May holidays and chose this hotel for its excellent location and rich history. The staff is extremely polite and eager to make your stay comfortable. On the first day, the key to the spa didn't work, so we called reception, and a staff member came within minutes and helped us in. We absolutely loved the cozy courtyard, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sound of the fountain. I'd like to ask the hotel management to express their gratitude to the pastry chefs who prepared new, delicious pastries for breakfast every day. I definitely recommend the Londonskaya Hotel to anyone who enjoys buildings steeped in history and admire its interiors!

Top notch
Absolutely excellent staff, lovely and helpful and mostly speaking better English than I do Ukrainian/Russian. Location is good - close to most everything, making getting around by foot easy. Gym/pool facilities also top notch. I certainly hope to return to both Odesa and this hotel!

Given the woes of our time it may be worth mentioning that the bomb shelter on site is also safe, convenient and has a water cooler, comfortable chairs and even beds.

Excellent service! Very professional, security staff escorted us through the onsite bomb shelter. Tasty craft Ukrainian spirits available by extremely helpful bar staff, beautiful walking area in every direction! Perfect place to explore and enjoy Odesa!

Pretty good place to crush downtown. Room was clean and good. My windows were facing the main alley, so I could enjoy the performance of street musicians. However the sound insulation might have been better. There's free access of hotel guests to spa and swimming pool.

Great interior and a big sitting area in the Opera garden. Prices are less than average in the city centre. Food is good. I have had both breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Good and efficient service

Great Ukrainian food amazing atmosphere you can dine on the garden or indoors, the foods is super.

Try to book before coming so you can get garden table if you want when we went there it was already full and they asked if we had reservation

Very good atmosphere, relaxed place, good salad, Kachapuri and the mussels with curry were delicious and perfect for our taste, but be aware a little bit spicy.
We even ordered extra bread to finish this amazing curry sauce

Not the cheapest place to eat but the service, location and atmosphere are great. You get to eat outside in Opera's garden if you wish. When it's hot, they create share and a breeze to make their outdoor seating wonderful. Also the serving of food is very pretty. You need at least 200 gvn per person.
