Hostel Tarnopil in Ternopil

Got 2 bunk beds in quadruple room instead of double large bed in a private twin room that I booked, and payed higher price.
When I did booking, I got a call from reception, that the room that I booked is busy since morning, also via booking (I booked in the evening for tomorrow's night), BUT! they want to offer me another option for a bit higher price - instead the room for 2 with a large bed I got personal room for 4. But they "forgot" to tell that beds will be bunk beds (imagine how me and my boyfriend were upset)
The total square of the room was very small, 5 square meters (50 cm between the bunk beds, and extra 50 cm between beds and windows) which feels like you're in closet, no space, no air.
Also there is no air conditioning. The only window goes to the common terrace, which is used as a smoking room. Administration, you have to do something with that! It is possible for smokers to smoke outside the terrace, but it is really not fine to sleep in the room with the only possible air ventilation from smoking room.
Also didn't like smell in the showers, it is... bad. Pipes have to be cleaned, not only floor.
Positive - location is good. Furniture is fine. Looks clean. All the facilities for smokers (huge warm terrace, with chairs, ashtrays..). Friendly staff.
