Great location! Breakfasts are included and you will have tasty and nutritious food.

The level of professionalism of the staff in the restaurant - worse-ever ...all impression of the place was ruined forever...Not recommended for hosting important events for a large company...a personal "thanks" to the restaurant Manager for a spoiled holiday and spent nowhere a lot of finances let them, she will benefit

Time 00:50 the night. Like sleeping in a nightclub. Music from the restaurant just screaming. No sound proofing. Staff culturally sends you a warning if that is not shumit after 23:00.
Know time is 12:50 AM. I am sleeping like at a night club. Very noisy because of someone celebrates wedding at restaurant on 2nd floor. It's impossible to sleep. Disappointed.

Nice place,restaurant and hotel..But must be more interest in wellbeing,professional keeping and communication with customers.
Two years ago I visited this place and it was fantastic..This year I was sad because in the hotel was very noisy,impossible to sleep.In the restaurant was simple,but it is so beautiful location,they must a little renew menu and be more attentive with customers,more friendly.

For me this has always been the place to stay in Ternopil. Although they often don’t receive payment cards, the view from the window easily compensates for that. Very quiet, pretty clean and perfect as a starting point for an early morning run!

Amazing, welcoming and unobtrusive service! Great views to the lake and really tasty breakfast! Even one night here will attract you to get back to this hotel onceo and again. It's like being in friends home)

Very nice and cozy hotel located waterfront, would come back here again. Clean room, friendly staff, good restaurant to have dinner with nice view over the lake, car parking, very nice place overall.
