Good and clean place for a stay.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026, we were worried about the heat in the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the living conditions, there were very comfortable conditions: heat in the room, hot water in the shower, clean (cleaned every day, added toilet paper and detergents if necessary). Special thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality, courtesy and care. It is important that we used tap water for tea, because the hotel has its own water purification filters. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and relatives.

The hotel is in the very center of the city, quiet, cozy. The rooms are clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows on the beds. There was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, which was very convenient. The administrators are polite and friendly: we arrived at 8 am, so we were checked into the room at 9:30 (although check-in is at 2:00 pm), they told us where to look in the city.
There is a market, supermarket, cafes near the hotel. You can walk to the swimming pools - 15 min. to "Zakarpattya", and 25 min. to "Zhayvoronka", and the railway station is not far.

Wonderful hotel, and beautiful ladies at the reception, Ms. Olena is a pleasant administrator, showed and told everything. Since I had an early check-in at 5 am, I was met at the white gate, showed me around, and checked me in. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Everything is great, I recommend it.

I liked the attitude of the staff, our train arrived at 5:00, the administrator called us in advance, specified the arrival time and waited for us, we rested at the hotel until 8:00, left our things and went to the pool.
