Bilovoddya Hotel in Vyshka

If you want to ruin your vacation, this "hotel" is just what you need.

You'll find a surly and unfriendly host who has never heard of hospitality. He cursed in front of guests like a lout and generally gave the impression of being ill-mannered and completely clueless about the hotel business.
You have to run around and beg for everything yourself, from a hairdryer to basic dishes and cutlery! The booking page advertised a shared kitchen and even included photos of it for some reason, but in reality, there's nothing there; we never cooked in it! It also advertised a washer and dryer, which was completely absent. The bathroom contained one packet of shampoo and one packet of shower gel! The price list listed a "Transfer to Uzhgorod" service (photo attached). I mentioned this to the owner, who laughed and said, "Of course he wouldn't take us to the city, so we should find our own taxi!" Aside from the grid listed on the booking page and the barbecue price list, there was nothing! No one offered us a single excursion, no hot tub baths—in short, NOTHING. But that's not all! If you want peace and quiet, it's only possible at night and if you lock yourself in your room! The owner's child was extremely intrusive, but her parents weren't the least bit concerned about their child simply disturbing other vacationers all day long! They couldn't care less! And apparently, they don't realize that not everyone wants to be an entertainer for other people's children! And now the most interesting part – the menu))) 80% of what's on the menu is, of course, not there. And in fact, we weren't offered anything other than the modest breakfasts included in the room rate, even though I immediately said that if the prices on the menu were up to date, I'm willing to pay; go ahead! But alas! Thank goodness there was a small shop nearby with a very friendly saleswoman, so we ate more or less decent food!
I was planning to rent bikes, but when I saw them in person, I was speechless! Everything was terrible and unkempt! They should charge extra for us to ride them! In short, if we could give it less than one star, that's exactly what we would have done! Dear "hotel" owners – please be kinder, smileier, and more attentive to your guests! Especially for that kind of money! I hope my review is helpful and that anyone considering visiting this place will think twice before doing so!
The only good thing about this place is the owner's sweet wife! It's immediately obvious that she's a kind and decent woman, unlike the owner himself!
