Good rooms, clean, everything is new, thanks to Ivan for hospitality.
There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, hot water, you can iron and wash things.
Downstairs there is a small courtyard with tables and barbecue, view of the river)
The location is very good, near the market, park, pump room, lake, many establishments.
The only caveat, from the photo I made the assumption that the room has a kitchen, or there is a shared kitchen, but it turned out that not all rooms are equipped with a kitchen. But the owner made a compromise, for which he thanks.
