Thank you for a wonderful four days! I highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, the pools offer incredible mountain views, the rooms are clean and beautiful (we were a large group and stayed in the Rotonda cottage – we loved it), and the food was delicious. But the most important thing is the staff. They are responsive, sincere, patient, and professional, and they love their work and their guests. They respond to any request immediately and without question. Thank you for your service! My heart is forever with you. I will definitely be back.

We visited the restaurant and the grounds – it's fantastic, with gazebos and pools, and everything is thoughtfully designed for a large group. The hookah was fantastic, and the food was delicious. But the best part was the staff. They were very attentive and pleasant, and they really put everyone in a great mood! Lyubomir – a special thank you, and we'll see you again.

the location of the hotel was great. rooms are very clean. employees are courteous and friendly. They always asked if you needed anything. breakfast was super. Restaurant staff are very sweet and friendly. especially Dmytro is my man :) he is a very attentive and quality person. I definitely recommend. the best hotel in bukovel

Stayed with family for three nights. We enjoyed a lot. Good service, stuff is very nice and friendly. Food in restaurant is delicious. Spa is good too. Beautiful nature around.
Since the place is really nice it's full of people, was hard to get a table in restaurant for a dinner.

Cool location, very good service, very neat and clean, very child friendly.
But I booked the hotel to enjoy nature and some peace and quiet. Unfortunately there was a lot of loud music and light effects. And please please offer the animals some appropriate housing - the birds and the turtle really depressed me :(

A picturesque place with a soul and dedicated staff. I was very impressed by the recent designer renovations in some rooms in the Pravda building – room 3 with a magnificent view is a 10! Among the downsides: too much chlorine in the pools and jacuzzis, and the restaurant is clearly not designed for the 30 rooms in the hotel. We left with a very positive overall impression!
