the location of the hotel was great. rooms are very clean. employees are courteous and friendly. They always asked if you needed anything. breakfast was super. Restaurant staff are very sweet and friendly. especially Dmytro is my man :) he is a very attentive and quality person. I definitely recommend. the best hotel in bukovel

Stayed with family for three nights. We enjoyed a lot. Good service, stuff is very nice and friendly. Food in restaurant is delicious. Spa is good too. Beautiful nature around.
Since the place is really nice it's full of people, was hard to get a table in restaurant for a dinner.

Cool location, very good service, very neat and clean, very child friendly.
But I booked the hotel to enjoy nature and some peace and quiet. Unfortunately there was a lot of loud music and light effects. And please please offer the animals some appropriate housing - the birds and the turtle really depressed me :(
