Hotel Forward Pool&Sauna in Yasinya

This is the first time I am writing a review, despite the fact that this is not the first time we are vacationing in the Carpathians!!!
The rooms are nice, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, but if you want to relax with company, relax and hang out, then this is definitely not the place!!!!!!!! Rest here is purely for retirees and for those who love silence (to each their own).
Somehow we were noticed at 22.00!!!!! despite the fact that it was a holiday from January 13 to 14, so that we do not turn on music on the phone, please take into account the fact that we, 4 mothers with children in tow, wanted to drink champagne in the lobby of the hotel (which we bought from them at the bar), and at this time the owner of the hotel is hanging out with friends in the dining room (or maybe the hotel restaurant).
Somehow, at 5:45 a.m., all the residents of the hotel (we had rooms on the 3rd and 2nd floors) woke up from the knocking, which continued monotonously for 40 minutes, as it turned out already at dinner (at 6:00 p.m.) - it was chicken chops. We made a remark to the owner of the hotel - Irina, to which she replied - "In our hotel, nobody cuts chops at such a time" (and they are served for dinner at 18.00)
In general, in all the years of my vacation, I heard for the first time from the owners of the hotel hostility towards their customers, it was felt from the first day, I think that this is not right!!!! Appreciate your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!! And be healthy!!!!
