Reviews
The treatment was selected individually, taking into account all the features of my condition, and gave a tangible result in a short time. I would like to separately note the friendly attitude, calm and support, which are very important for the patient during recovery.
I am sincerely grateful to Svitlana Fedorivna for her professionalism, care and responsible attitude to her work. It is such specialists who form trust in medicine and the desire to return to this sanatorium again. I recommend it with all my heart!
Living conditions need updating. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, require repair and thorough general cleaning. It is the bathrooms that look the most neglected.
I would like to separately mention the bedding: the blankets are too short, narrow and of low quality, the pillows are cheap and completely uncomfortable, which negatively affects the quality of sleep and recovery.
Unfortunately, the procedures also raise questions. A significant part of them is outdated and not entirely appropriate in the modern health-improving format. The rest of the procedures, although they have potential, are not well organized enough: they lack cleanliness, clear protocols and a sense of systematicity.
Special attention should be paid to the hygiene of the baths in which water procedures are performed. It is clear that the staff does not always have time to clean them properly between clients, there may be other people's hair, mucus, and some remains floating in the water.
And some bathtubs already have old yellow streaks and marks, which causes discomfort and doubts about sanitary conditions. Unfortunately, I had to get up and get out of the bathtub because it is unpleasant to sit in such a bathtub.
The organization of the sanatorium's work also needs to be reviewed. There are too many clients per employee, and during the influx of people it is noticeable that the staff does not physically have time to perform all the procedures qualitatively. There are no places to sign up for a massage, there are no employees. And in the off-season.
This is not so much a problem of individual employees as an error in organization and planning.
Food in the dining room is another weak point. It looks unbalanced: an excessive amount of potatoes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, low quality fruits and salads, etc. It is difficult to call such food useful - it is rather simple and as budget-friendly as possible.
At the same time, even with a small budget, you can choose better ingredients and create a healthier and more diverse menu, if you approach it with creativity and a modern vision.
In general, it seems that the staff who work directly with clients are trying, but the problem lies in the outdated strategy and philosophy of "people come to us anyway, so it's normal." There is a feeling of thoughtlessness and in some cases - an absolute lack of an individual approach to clients, which should be in a health and recreation facility.
A lot of small shortcomings in the sum create a feeling of discomfort, which reduces the effect of relaxation and deprives the pleasure of staying in the sanatorium. With proper updating of approaches, conditions and organization, this facility has potential, but currently it is, unfortunately, not well implemented.
Taking into account the cost of accommodation, it is worth noting that for the same money it is quite possible to find much better and cleaner living conditions nearby. Therefore, if you are still interested in individual procedures from the list, a logical option may be to stay outside the sanatorium and visit only selected procedures.
Although, alternatively, it is worth considering other resort towns, where the combination of conditions, service and more modern approaches is better.
In the same Khust, the procedure is a little more expensive, but better.
Some of the positive reviews about this sanatorium are questionable, because the authors' accounts have only one or a few reviews.
A PLACE OF CONTINUOUS HORROR, THRASH FROM DAY ONE.
- PAYMENT BY CARD IS NOT POSSIBLE
- IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO EAT RESTAURANT FOOD (raw, portions like a lottery are either small or large, service and guest-orientation are completely absent) Thanks to Olga Bobik for dinner (as a bonus for a spoiled stay) this is where the gratitude ended
- THE BED IS NOT CHANGED PER WEEK, the floor was washed every day on the first floor, the second was not.
We rested in this sanatorium 3 years ago, everything was fine (accommodation, food, service), but now it's just awful, the food is raw, the service is zero. A terrible place has become. In the "restaurant" - more precisely in the canteen, the menu does not correspond to the availability, there is almost nothing. Even trite there is no coffee, honestly this is the bottom, I have never seen a worse place, it was very excellent!
The restaurant is terrible.
Service - it just isn't there.
The good reviews were relevant for 2018, this is a terrible place now.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, categorically !!!!
