A great place for a family vacation, whether you're alone or with a partner! Delicious and varied food, well-maintained grounds, nice rooms—no complaints whatsoever. Our child was delighted to receive a robe and slippers—everything was prepared in advance. Special thanks to the helpful staff. No matter where we interacted, everyone was very attentive. The hammam, pool, saunas, and banya—everything was superb.

I really liked the hotel. The food was excellent, everything was packaged in plastic wrap, the rooms were clean, and the staff was competent and responsive. I loved everything! The only thing I was unpleasantly surprised by was the clientele (not all of them, of course). Many people think that if the hotel is all about the brand, they can be extremely dismissive and raise their voices when speaking to the staff. It's certainly disgusting to watch. So, I wish the staff many grateful guests.

Friends, we're vacationing at Rixos again and are excited to share some great news: the hotel now offers dance classes every evening. They're led by Yuri, a brilliant professional and a true master of his craft! Many thanks to the hotel for such a gift to guests and to Yuri for the friendly and energetic atmosphere during the dance classes! My friend and I spontaneously came to dance with Yuri and haven't regretted a thing: in just five evenings, we're already dancing bachata, salsa, and jive! It's incredibly entertaining and a truly emotional experience! We highly recommend it! Positive energy, a great mood, and a fantastic experience are guaranteed!

Customer service is so bad, soviet style , stuff never smile to clients , no introduction information in rooms about SPA and medical facilities . Moreover , this “ secret” information is not possible to get even from hotel mangers. Girl from medical centre 2 was rude , I felt like in back in soviet times . They don’t explain how their facilities works and it brings clients in uncomfortable situations , make clients look unwelcome and stupid . Absolutely no information in English, no one ( at least we didn’t meet no one ) is speaking English .But they proudly told us about how many clients from different countries are coming here .. so why not to translate information , menu in restaurant, bar SPA etc in English ????Why every day must be a challenge for guests ??
They don’t respect and don’t trust their clients . Check out procedures were insulting,nowhere in the world hotels acting with clients like with a thieves. ( Especially with a clients which already paid not so cheap price to stay there )
Location is good, wonderful park , nice interior , big swimming pool . Food was tasty .
All specialists in SPA were professional but not the SPA manager .
Many thanks to a doctors from Medical centre 1 , they were very helpful . Unfortunately , tests results and doctors prescriptions are coming only in Ukrainian and no English translation ( what makes those documents unusable for foreigners) not and money waisted((((
I believe if there will be a change in top management of hotel and somehow they will implement hospitality and respect as the main priority of this resort it could be a fantastic place to relax and improve your health .
But at the moment I don’t think we will be back and I can not recommend this place .

This is the best place in Truskavets! Excellent service, a varied menu – suitable for any taste and diet ;) The room is cozy, compact, and worthy of a European 5-star hotel. The hotel grounds allow you to stay within the hotel grounds, offering various relaxation areas. The wonderful outdoor pool with water slides will delight both children and adults. Get an extra 5***** for the panoramic pool view – a stunning mountain view!

A barbarian hotel. They had a dog called Nika and, when she wasn't needed anymore, just took her to the woods. I mean... literally to the FOREST! At the time when there is a funktioning dog shelter around the corner...

Nice and serene place for families with kids and elderly people. Chilly summers with high humidity at this region provide for good night sleep. Big well-organized territory and lovely SPA. Could be boring for young active people.
