One of the most beautiful resort ever visited !
The natural beauty of sight seeing around and in the hotel itself ,
Indoors swimming pool and Spa center are up to high standards of quality
All hotel staff starting from the hotel manager ,deputy hotel manager , receptionists , restaurant’s staff , spa center manager and animation are all very professional and customers oriented, helpful and friendly
Quality , Variety of food and beverage is behind expectations impact the hospitality level of the hotel
Inside the hotel you will find a lot of entertainment which will fulfil your free time during the day, and during the evening you may enjoy the mountains view and magic nature around
Definitely will come back

A wonderful place to relax with children. We liked it! The room is comfortable and large. The room has everything you need. Not a bad spa, pool. But the spa does not provide robes, had to take from the room. And the women's locker room is very cramped, not convenient. The staff is friendly, when questions and nuances arose, everything was resolved very quickly. Thank you for this!) The food is ok, but the children's menu would like to be improved and refined. Compared to Aquadar and Reikartz in Polyana, the cuisine is so-so. Children's entertainment is good, this was the key factor in choosing a place to spend the holidays. There are two children's rooms!!!!

I have been vacationing at the Reikards Karpaty Hotel for the 4th year already. I would like to express my gratitude to those people who create service, comfort, smooth operation of all equipment and those seemingly invisible things, but without which our comfortable vacation is impossible. I would like to say a huge thank you to the chief engineer of the hotel, Mikola, for his professionalism, dedication and positive emotions. Thank you for the working Internet, clean air conditioning, perfectly warm and clean water in the pool, for the fact that in recent years the Reikards Karpaty Hotel has become better and more comfortable. I want to return to my paradise more and more often! ❤️🙏

We were there for 4 days in May, standard room. Window to the sky, spacious, clean, modest, but everything you need was there. As for the food - everything is relative, the necessary food was fresh. I went to Vladimir for a massage, a former athlete, master of sports. He cured my back! Thank you SO MUCH! The location is wonderful, there are other gardens and huts nearby, if anyone wants, you can eat there. River, mountains, ski trail with a ski lift nearby. I wish everyone a great holiday!

Excellent hotel for a family holiday! Polite staff, good cuisine, excellent, large children's rooms (there are two of them), a large swimming pool with a sauna (though the sauna needs cosmetic repairs), a good gym, a billiard room... in short, we did not want to go for walks at all)) a quiet area, no winds. There is a ski slope of 800 m nearby. And a cafe nearby. I recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet family resort holiday!

Had a great time. The hotel is not a star hotel, but everything is predictably good. Comfortable warm rooms, friendly enough staff, food - not super, but edible, and for some reason cold. Breakfast was good with a variety of dishes. There are also chairs for toddlers in restaurant. Hotel employees were extremely kind and supportive. Location is good for silent weekend or vacation. Hotel provides everything for comfortable stay.
