Convenient location, but the room facilities are too basic. There wasn't even a cup, and the heating was insufficient.

Great location and friendly front desk staff. They kindly provided an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer upon request. The room was clean, though tiny. I really missed having a kettle or even just a water dispenser with hot water. Also, the Wi-Fi was very poor.

Centrally located in Belfast, it's super convenient for getting around and offers excellent value for money. City Hall is right next door and you can visit it for free. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby with a wide variety of choices.

It's super convenient – just a 600m walk from where the airport bus drops you off. The hotel has all the basic amenities and is very clean. The front desk staff were really friendly; we arrived early and they even let us check in ahead of time. Just a heads-up, it rains a lot in Northern Ireland and it's often too windy for an umbrella, so if you're out sightseeing, definitely wear a good windbreaker. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and you can buy a bus pass to get around.

Overall, it's pretty good, but the wooden floors meant I could constantly hear people walking around upstairs, which really disturbed my sleep! The front desk was quick to address the issue after I reported it, so kudos to them. The hotel's location is also great.

I stayed there for 2 nights but there’s no maid to come to make up my room and need to improve the amenities in the room at least should have hairdyer and kettle. Great location though.

Great stay in Belfast city centre! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, including major attractions, shops, and public transport. One of the highlights was how close it was to some amazing Indian restaurants, which made dining super convenient and enjoyable.

Like it's sister restaurant in the Odyssey, it has a pleasant atmosphere, very relaxed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is very nice however it arrives far too quickly - making me think that it's not made to order, but rather already cooked and just kept warm? That aside it's worth a visit.

Not Chinese food. A bunch of fried starch and meat. Gray and revolting. The staff are nice, the location fine, and the building is nice, but don't expect Chinese food. Expect the worst western idea of it, including eating chips with blandly spiced red chicken. One can only assume it's either what people in belfast want or people go here because it's the only option before a hockey game. The kind of thing you would imagine eating drunk at 5am on the side of a road. And super expensive.

The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten in. Waitress knew nothing about the dishes. Very little choice on menu. Rice was gummy, and rest of meal overcooked. Very few vegetables came with the meal. I ate a few bites, but could not finish it. Way overpriced for Chinese food. The only reason this restaurant is still in business is the lack of any competition in the area. The only positive thing I can say about it, is that it was clean and the staff were friendly.

The kind of food that just makes do when you don't have a better option. Food is average but a bit overpriced. They have a decent lunch deal but cocktails were too sweet.

The place is really dated and probably one star as it's in severe need of a refurb,the food is standard fast food and I'd prob give it two stars but the staff were great. Don't know how they manage to handle crowds like that and still stay smiling.
