The hotel room was a bit tired, but for the price it was WhT I expected. The too. Was clean and staff were all friendly and professional. Tv didn’t work and it was replaced quickly.
No food or drinks purchased.

I had a very good time at the hotel very friendly staff good clean hotel. I would stay here again but possibly in the summer ☀️ the rooms are good with comfortable beds the only thing is the double mattress are two singles pushed together but still comfy the decore is abit outdated but it goes with the hotel. My suggestion would be for a spar or swimming pool

Fantastic location, old building, feels very Scottish but also a little like a students dorm

Very outdated decor & curtains which couldnt actually close. Hinge on bathroom door broken. Floor very squeeky and ran down hill so 3rd bed was at an angle.
On a positive note beds were very comfy & hotel handy with shops, trains station & Northlink ferry

Great location in front of train station . Clean rooms . Nice restating downstairs. However can be noisy at evening .

Room was very small.
Couldn't open the wardrobe for the bed,
Floor in room had a big slope.. Thought it was was me at first until until bottle of water rolled from one side of the room to the other,

Convenient location for this couple who are exploring Scotland via Rail. Nice big and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast for £9! Can’t do much better than that!
The old building has been beautiful preserved, yet enhanced, which was part of the appeal for us.

The service here used to be 1st class.
Buttons on keypad for payment are not legible.Pointed this out to staff 4 times over past 2 months.
Really poor service today .

Latte was fine but not well made. Daughter asked for a strawberry and cream Costa ice and was given a chocolate one. Went back to counter to get it changed only for the original server to be very rude and say my daughter had ordered it wrongly. Oh also had to ask for my change back. Not a great experience.

A favourite of mine when in Aberdeen, especially good if the rugby is on. Great atmosphere and fresh tasting beer. Staff have good craic all the time.
