Great stay! Very easy to get to by bus from Edinburgh and staff were easy to contact and helpful. Extremely good value for the room.

Very kind owners and car parking for customers. Clean rooms. Negative: Smell of humidity in the room, noise from the road , no heat from 22:00 untill the morning (all the night) and mulfunction of the water in the bath.

The host was very kind. Amenities such as shampoo are provided. The location is not so good, but I think it's reasonable considering the price.

It’s a very lovely room and clean. The amenities is good as well. Water is hot enough. Parking is provided. We enjoyed our night and re-book one more night to enjoy Edinburg. There’s a direct bus about 20-30 mins to central

All you need for a couple of nights. Clean, friendly, parking, WiFi. Not the easiest car access straight off main road, but on main bus routes if not driving.

We loved our stay at Acer Lodge. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious each morning. And the hosts were super nice and friendly. We definitely would stay here again and I will always choose to stay at a B&B over a corporate hotel.

Owners were super friendly and easy to get a hold of although I never saw them. The only recommendation I would have is they need new pillows. Other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 accommodation. Very convenient to being on the bus route also.

Highly recommended for anyone, just the right distance from the city. Bus stop either side of the road within easy walking distance (bus 43 is the most direct). The owners are fantastic and very helpful and accommodating (No pun intended). Great breakfast options and freshly prepared and cooked. The owners cannot do enough for you. Short or long stay this is the place to stay.

Excellent stay. Room was very clean with great facilities. Very easy and quick travel into central Edinburgh. Host was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
