Reviews
However, there were two minor issues. First, I requested "no corner room" in my booking notes, but the front desk still assigned me an end room on the fourth floor. While this was a bit uncomfortable, I did notice during booking that special requests require direct communication with the hotel, and I decided not to bother, so I can accept this.
The second small issue was with the facilities. The room had a window, but it couldn't be opened. I suspect this might only be the case for end rooms, and other rooms might be normal. The booking interface stated "inquire with the hotel about windows," and again, I didn't follow up, so I accept this minor inconvenience. It would be even better if these two aspects could be improved.
Overall, my stay was quite good. Of course, the final experience varies from person to person, so this is just for reference.
The staff were good and welcoming,
special mention to Sarah, who handled our check-in. She explained everything clearly, was very polite, and arranged the room upgrade, which made our stay even better.
Breakfast was okay, but there were limited vegetarian/vegan options. Also, the toaster was burning the toast, which could be improved.
The main downside was the parking. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but offers a discounted rate at the parking next door. Overnight parking costs £24, but with the hotel discount, it comes to £12. However, if you take your car out, you have to pay again every time you re-enter, which is quite inconvenient. It’s best to park once and avoid using the car overnight.
Overall, a comfortable stay with good staff and a great room, but breakfast options and parking convenience could be improved.
Highly recommended.

First I was told I couldn't order off the main menu so I had to pick off the pre concert one. Ordered a red bull - no red bull! Starters all came fine then out of the party of 5 myself and one of my friends main came. Then 10 minutes past and I had to ask if the rest of the mains where coming and also ask for more drinks. After eating my cold curry I ordered the chocolate gauteau surprise surprise NO GAUTEAU!! Then when the guy came to take payment he asked if everything was ok!! Well no I explained to him and he said sorry that they changed to a Korean restaurant 4 months ago. Not sure how that factors in with anything and after 4 months if no one can do their job properly then that job isn't for them!!!!! Will not be going back!
