Friendly staff and a great menu. Scottish cuisine at its best. Lovely traditional atmosphere. Very good value.

Second visit here and very impressed, the restaurant is very cosy and welcoming.
The food is excellent; my scallops were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wait staff are friendly and helpful.
Slightly underwhelmed by the cocktails.

Our experience was great! The waitstaff went out of their way to make you feel special/comfortable. The food was good with a separate vegetarian menu. We went on a weekend and I would say reservations are highly recommended.

Arrived at 6pm. No reservation. Accommodated us right away. Most pleasant and helpful waitstaff in Glasgow. Food was above excellent. Had the catch of the day and scallops. Creamed cabbage with bacon was crazy good. Even gave great recommendations for music and comedy following dinner. Thank you Two Fat Ladies!!

The staff are outstanding, very knowledgeable, friendly and like others say you are never rushed. The decor is lovely and relaxed, we were in the private dining room which was nice but very very warm so a bit uncomfortable. Suitable for a special occasion, business dinner, somewhere to impress someone as it is very expensive. Cocktails and drinks selection was very good. Food was presented beautifully but wasn't exceptional. Was good but not great and not a great selection. A lot a lot of fish for some reason. They make up for it at dessert though. We got the sharing platter and everything was amazing, definitely recommend dessert. We were also just married and they gave us a wee congratulations dessert but we were full from dinner so they wrapped it up and gave us it home. A really good all round dining experience.
