The room was really clean and modern, it just lacked drawer space, there was only one in the bedside cabinets and nowhere to put any clothes

Hotel location was ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was situated at the back and was totally quiet in spite of some celebrations in the main block. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed and the meals in the restaurant were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. The room was spacious with a lovely big, comfy bed. Good to have the option of a reading light. We chose to have a meal in the bar and although the staff were busy with a function, we felt looked after. Our meals were beautifully presented and so tasty. Very good location for Queen's Park park run.

I traveled with a few friends and booked the same room type on the same day. However, I was assigned a very small room with old bathroom facilities. It was very depressing and uncomfortable.
My companions' room was much more spacious and the bathroom facilities were relatively new.
