Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and all the facilities were brand new. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and there's a gym and a bar downstairs – the environment is simply fantastic. However, there were two minor issues. First, I requested "no corner room" in my booking notes, but the front desk still assigned me an end room on the fourth floor. While this was a...
Well priced, excellent location for SEC staff very friendly and helpful, nice welcome gift of 2 cocktails. Highly recommended.
We were attending a concert at the SECC so it was ideal being a short walk away. Clean and comfortable would recommend
The hotel was absolutely fab and the staff were great! Didn’t get a chance to try the food, however the room was brilliant. Only wish there was a wardrobe but there is hangers and hooks provided in the room if you need to hang things.
Decent hotel really central. The rooms are small but you’ve got everything you need and they’re new. Breakfast was grand: my daughter loved the pancake machine. Gym had enough to keep you entertained. Lots of sitting areas downstairs with games: this was nice.
Lived everything about this hotel, especially the location. Room light, airy and clean. Breakfast, although a little pricey was really good, large selection. Would definitely recommend. Dogs are welcome, now that does deserve a massive 👍

Brilliant location beside the merchant city. Staff very friendly and helpful and room clean , comfy bed and nice toiletries. Would definitely stay again☺️
One of the best hotel we went too. Room was clean and big. Bed was confortable and location is good cos near the train. The reception was helpful too. Was able to put the luggage first as we arrived too early. Highly recommended place to stay. 10/10
Nice place, clean, staff helpful, room comfortable, I couldn't ask for more
I needed a bed for the night near to royal infirmary and it worked well my daughter thought it was more up beat than other hotels in Glasgow when she dropped me off
The hotel staff were very welcoming. I had to find my original email to prove we had paid for breakfast as it wasn't on there system? Good location with a varied breakfast and plenty of choices treated out in the locality, as well as the hotel. Almost forgot...a complimentary drink when we arrived. We mentioned at the point of departure that the room was simply too hot and we could not alter it, even...

The service was perfect, the lady at the counter was super helpful and kind
Very helpful at reception, ideal location and the room was an excellent choice to stay in the hotel.
Seems like all standard rooms comes with Twin beds that can join. One single twin bed is around 900mm and feels like I am falling off throughout the night. Gym was old. Not much food options in this area. Lady at reception was really helpful but appears to be stretched with just herself.

Glasgow, Pacific Quay (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This time around I cannot fault our stay. Booked a Premier Plus Room for this visit. Room was clean, modern and had that extra couple of touches that made the visit worthwhile. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and the food was great. Having such a satisfying experience this time around has gone a long way in atoning for our previous visit. 🙂
Great location for going to the hydro or sec. Comes with a premium price that apart from the location it doesn't deserve. I've had better stays in standard premier Inns at a much lower cost. Nothing elite or premium about the room
The view of the river was great. Its very close to public transport and the staff are very nice. We didn't eat at the hotel but the staff were very good at offering reservations. The room was really clean with the exception of a small bit of mould on the bath and that bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I definitely will be back.
Room was comfortable with a river view. Room facilities were satisfactory. Breakfast good, two main evening meals were poor- Tomato linguine & Mixed grill.
Housekeeping had somehow managed to put the bottom sheet on the wrong way round. There was a 6 inch gap top and bottom with the mattress clearly visable. Had to remake the bed before we could go to sleep. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, however, the staff in the restaurant were rude and dismissive. There was no salt on our table and when I asked for some the staff member actually sighed at me. She...
We usually choose Premier Inns but won't select the meal deal at this one in Pacific Quay again. Food was cold, many items not available, and they’d even run out of butter at breakfast. Some staff would benefit from smiling occasionally.

A little further out of the city center but still accesible so give great value for money. Cosy rooms and exceptionally clean. Great service and friendly staff.
Service was quick and good. Room service good. Left my own house keys when I checked out and staff on phone were very helpful in locating them and holding them for collection. Will use again
Nice clean room that was as described. The location was about a 15 min walk from the central station and was very convenient

Booked the ibis styles as a last minute getaway, check in was easy and staff were friendly, our room was a good size and very clean, nice sized shower with good power, bar area is relaxed and nice to sit have a drink in,would recommend this hotel and will go back again.
Lovely friendly hotel in city centre Comfortable and clean Didn't have breakfast as was a bit expensive
It's little away from bus station. But near to railway central
Great location, super close to city centre and very convenient. Staff members are always helpful and super friendly. On my final night there was a storm in Scotland and staff was super helpful with trying to see if they can book me for one extra night just in case if trains don’t run the next day :) really happy with the service. Such a handy hotel for early hospital appointments. Staff are so lovely and welcoming too. Stayed a few times now and can’t praise the staff and food high enough. Especially George, Liam and James to name a few!
Have stayed at this place a few times now over many years. Great location, staff friendly. However comparing it to our other visits to (The Ponds) Leonardo we had a few niggles. Most of these concerned the bathroom. Firstly, when turning tap towards cold, the water came out like an explosion. We can only assume that it was some sort of air lock. The bathroom was very tired looking. The ceiling looked...
Traveller their for a business stay with two others and was perfect for the short stay!
We stayed at The Leonardo for medical appointments at Gartnaval General Hospital which was just 5 mins away. The hotel was clean but does need some upgrades within the rooms and lobbies. We only had an evening meal and breakfast on our 1st visit evening meal was fine, but we paid £16.99 each for breakfast which was not worth the £16.99. There was a lot of choice but the food from the hot plate was...
The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the price is still very reasonable.
Provided with friendly service. I had arrived very late as well due to the storm. Would recommend.

The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely and really helpful ..I felt really welcomed and especially Fraser, Louise and David always acknowledged me and we're very personable, asking how my stay was. Hotel had everything we needed, nice and clean and close to the centre, didn't do breakfast as had early train to catch
Service could’ve been smoother but everything else was great. Great location close to station
2nd time at this hotel great location great staff only negative no tea making facilities in room but for 1 night stay can live with that..and tea/coffe available at reception
Very welcoming staff from the second I walked in, friendly and cheerful. The room was very clean along with the bedding, towels and bathroom. Very useful for business - good Wi-Fi and set up facilities, with plenty of space eother in the room or the lounge area. Great connections with local restaurants too and provided great recommendations! After this visit I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else...
This hotel's location was one of its strongest points. It's acceptably central and well-positioned for accessing all the key attractions, restaurants, and transport options without needing long trips or taxis everywhere. For a short stay, it was exactly what I needed—convenient, practical, and saved a lot of time wandering around. No major complaints; it made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly...

Good central location with easy access to the city centre. Friendly staff and plenty of choices for breakfast.
It's a chain hotel, and the cleanliness was good. The only downside is its location across the river, making transportation a little inconvenient. The rooms are large, and for the price, it's considered good value for money in the UK.
A little distance out of the city centre, but a pleasant walk (as long as it's NOT raining). Room was incredibly clean, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would stay here again.
We had breakfast this morning and found the food very good and plentiful. We also had their all-day breastfast, which came with mushrooms and poached eggs, and the kids ate for free. They enjoyed their meal very much. We arrived in the early hours of the night before and needed an extra bed, which they had already arranged for us. Check-in went smoothly and was a great experience.
A newly refurbished Premier Inn. Nice basic rooms with good bed and shower. Location is decent, not as good as the city center shops of this chain, but a pleasant 10-15 minute walk into town. If you are traveling by car, this is a good option as the access and car parking facilities are good.
Best of 4 Premier Inn we stayed in last 10 days. If you can stay in Hotel with no or really bad wifi connection, this hotel is more than ok. Value for money, 10+

it's really uncomfortable, the room is so small and also smells mariyuana around the corridor, The first room we got smelled stingy , The second we got small and still smelly even though it didn't smell like the first one, however this room good for backpacker not for the family, Not recommended, no amenities at all only towel we got
No other facilities in the room. Room so tiny with no other drawers or cupboard
This hotel is perfect for a good budget trip but don't expect amenities like kettle and hairdryer in the rooms. Toilets are small but good enough for normal use. Would come again!
I can clearly hear noises from the corridors and from next door, but im not a light sleeper so that's fine for me. Nice bed, comfy, but very small, i booked a room with two beds eventually. Equipped with esculator Feel safe as a solo traveller

I got the no window double room for me and my boyfriend. We really enjoyed the stay!
The next door is so noisy. And the room is pretty small.
Great location and very helpful staff! They offered free wine and cheese in the evening the night we arrived, which was a lovely and welcome surprise after a long journey. The room is small and the bathroom has glass walls. It was a tight stay with a friend. Provide tea, coffee, an hot chocolate in the room with kettle.
Great room with modern amenities, comfortable bed, great breakfast and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean and tidy. Location is very good, very close to train station and bus station. Have some tea bags free to use. Good for short term stay.
Fantastic place in the centre of Glasgow . Staff were very friendly and helpful . They let me have a late check out and also upgraded my room on arrival . It was so reasonably priced too ! Loved the downstairs cafe it was always busy and had a great atmosphere . I’d recommend it for couples or single travelers.

A good hotel in a convenient location. Comfy bed, plenty of amenities in the room and a nice view from higher up floors. Easy check in and out and staff were friendly. Facilities at the bar were basic but acceptable. Would definitely consider staying again given the value for money for the city centre.

The hotel and the room were very nice. Comfortable spaces, clean and with everything needed for a short stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and options like water dispenser/board games were really appreciated, as well as the attention to recycling. Recommended!
My stay with the ibis hotel was somewhat mixed with both positive and negative. On a positive, the accessible room that I had booked was of a good size and the main bedroom area was clean. Stayed in hotel with friends for a concert at nearby park, rooms were immaculate, beds really comfy. Breakfast was buffet & very enjoyable. Staff very friendly, chatty & helpful especially Sophie & Courtney, at breakfast, Sam & Julie at reception & Willie when I needed tv fixed, will definitely be back
Fantastic customer service from Courtney at the reception couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Room was held to a very high standard and definetly met the expectations, will one hundred percent be booking again.

My son and I have spent 4 nights at the GoGlasgow as a close base for us to attend the Rangers game with Hamburg. Having travelled 4 hours by train from Liverpool we had a concerning start to our stay when the member of the reception team was unable to find our booking, but we got there in the end. You get what you pay for and sometimes paying more is worth it. Just back from a 3 night stay at this hotel. It is a budget hotel which seems to cater for longer term guests as well as short term. The pros are location is very central, rooms were warm. Our first room was very large but very dated and noisy. I booked here as I was going to an engagement party at Yotel and didn't want to pay there prices, with it being somewhat cheaper I wasn't sure what to expect, read some reviews and was a bit sceptical, but needn't have worried, yes when you first go in its not the most inviting of places, very small reception area that needs freshening up and better lighting, as do corridors leading to rooms, but when...
Ok so I was very dubious about staying here and only chose it because there weren't many choices for just a Friday night in Glasgow that weren't ridiculously expensive. Brilliant check in. Staff were excellent, friendly and wanting the best for us all. Joy was exemplary at check in. Rooms are a little dated but perfectly functional and do the job. Good value.
Good location; in the Merchant Quarter with a handy car park round the back in Virginia Lane (£15 for 24hrs).  Reception staff were excellent. Room was small and pretty tired looking, and also a bit too warm. On the plus side,  our room had tea/coffee making facilities and nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was good value for money for what we paid.
Location was good as was very close to Queen Street Station. Breakfast was good and service was great. The bedroom needs updating and there is no fridge either. Overall the hotel is ok and the breakfast was the highlight for my stay.
The room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned in months unbelievable amount of dust and broken furniture also only like 2 Chanel’s work on the massively outdated tellys
Friendly staff, moved us to a disabled room when I advised that my husband would not be able to use the over bath shower. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good, and everything was prepared fresh.
Could be better..we wish that the receiptionist have more knowledge on assisting customer regarding Glasgow activities and transport. Other than that everything better than our London stay..affordable stay but complete..just amenities we need to request

I have been for food here twice it’s one of my favourite vegan spots, I have been here with veggie and meat eater friends everyone enjoyed. The birria are amazing but so are all the tacos I have had! It’s nice to visit for drinks and board games too.
I've been to Mexico twice and yet this was still one of the best vegetarian tacos/mexican I've ever had. The birria tacos are sensational and the chilaquiles are delish but also a massive portion for a side dish so be warned.
Very chilled out Sunday vibes and enjoying the best vegan tacos I've ever eaten. Previous carnist I've not seen anything quite like this. Absolutely superb. The most flavoursome food with the PERFECT amount of spice to make this a great meal.
I want to like this place so much but they keep moving (and removing) the furniture and it’s quite disconcerting. Also the two doors, one of which is blocked yet is the obvious entrance...?
