Not one to leave a bad review but this one I am. We checked in and although it was Boxing Day, we were not told of any changes in services. We got to our room and had one towel. Woke up the next morning to go to breakfast and couldn’t get into the building. The info in our room said breakfast at 7:30am. We waited until about 8:30 then knocked on a door that appeared to be a live in staff member. She answered and told is the hotel was closed for the day. No food and no services. We should have been told!!! The next day, while at breakfast, the waitress yelled at us for placing an empty mini cereal box on the empty table beside us. It was not a good experience at all. I will say the gentleman who appeared to run the hotel was very nice and was kind enough to run a load of laundry for us. Just needs more communication and kindness from staff!

Great location lovely reception.
However very noisy outside my room. Walls are thin.
Some unfinished areas in room and bathroom

Dirty room. Finger nails were left in the bedside cabinet and there was hair left in the bedding.
There was also a horrible smell in the room.

Room and common areas not cleaned properly. Shower door did not close. Room was tiny. Bed up against a wall. No room for luggage. I would not recommend.

We stayed in one of the apartments which was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had very good food and drinks (you could tell there were locals there as well as hotel guests) and the staff was as accommodating and polite as can be.

Stayed for one night only. rooms were nice and super clean.

We stayed in a small building opposite the main building, which is a B&B style hotel. The internal parking lot is convenient for parking, and the waiter can also help with luggage enthusiastically, but it is too busy. It feels good considering the expectations of a B&B.

The hotel is on the mountain, but it is still quite convenient. There is a delicious Jamaican restaurant in the town.

Breakfast. Situation-ideal for city centre stay, within easy walking distance.

Food was alright, but the service did not catched up at all. Not attentive, very slow and too stiff.

The worst meal I have ever had... ever! If it was possible to give a score of zero, it would have been awarded nothing.
When we arrived there had been a bus load of students just left, but the staff did not seem in any rush to clear these tables and the dirty plates sat next to us for the duration of our meal.
We ordered the duck pate and calami to start. The pate was disgusting texture, greasy and did not taste anything like duck. The calami was cold and it was questionable whether it was cooked.
For main course we both had a burger, which tasted like the meat had gone off, it was an orange colour and had a weird after taste. The chips were still raw and the vinegar was dark brown which stained the chips.
Terrible service and would never return!
