Rooms, basic, no robes, no free wifi
Shuttle drivers very professional. Some vans have no identification on them, so difficult to spot at airport.
Only show up if called for, don’t use Ai suggested phone number,only call the Marriot directly.
I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and consider additional training to improve customer service and guest experience.
I did feel the lobby smelled a bit moldy, but I didn't hang out there. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was classic and I enjoyed it.
