Great spot!
Room was clean and in great shape, staff was very helpful. Great area with various dining and drink options; only a 15 minute cab ride from the airport, so, very convenient.

My stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed a drink on the rooftop bar. The evening temperatures were perfect, and my old fashioned was delicious.

Very nice hotel near the convention center. The variety and value of the breakfast options were disappointed. Get it, captive audience, but $35 for scrambled eggs was a bit much. I did not care for auto tip and service charge either. I know I'm sounding "cheap", its just a matter of feeling gouged at times.

The fire alarm when off 4 times for a total of 2 hours from 12:30-2am casing sleep disruption. False alarm tho.

Great place to stay in downtown phoenix. Close to all the restaurants and entertainment. The hotel has an art deco feel and very reminiscent of NYC. The rooms had great windows providing lots of natural light (all with shades and blackout curtains). Overall great stay and would recommend.

Don't go, don't go, don't go. This is not a four-star hotel. It's a three-star hotel. It's three-star on Google Maps. And then they charged me $5 more for a drink for the free breakfast. It's disgusting. And the room is very small. Go stay in a higher-end hotel. Don't spend so much money on a garbage hotel.
This is the worst hotel I've stayed in at this price. This belongs to the low-end Hilton

The room is large, the quiet and active areas are separated, the facilities are complete and very user-friendly, but the breakfast is a little expensive, but it is acceptable

Clean, comfortable and easy check-in. Close to the baseball stadium and museums downtown. Good restaurants in walking distance. We have tried other places in San Diego but prefer the Hilton Garden as it is consistently a great place to stay. Staff are always smiling and helpful. Great breakfast restaurant inside the Hilton. Their staff remembers us each year we visit from AZ.

When a server THROWS a tortilla to your table from 5ft away because she didnt wanted to take a few steps to just put on your table? REALLY bad manner, really bad customer service. Server name RAMONA, guess she has no good manners and not sufficient customer service training. WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS CHIPOTLES.

It was my first time at this location and I stopped in at dinnertime. The staff was ridiculously courteous. We were debating what meat to choose cuz some were running kinda low and they were quick to notice and they gave us some fresh off the grill. We only had to wait 2 min (if that) and we totally didn't mind but they apologized profusely for the wait and even gave is a couple comps to make up for keeping us waiting. I was completely impressed. Besides the food was by far the best i'd ever had at a Chipotle and I've been to a bunch of locations around the US. Highly recommend this location. I will be back there soon! Thanks guys!

I got a steak burrito, food is great as always. I did have one kinda gristly piece of meat, but that's not bad. But the staff was friendly and helpful. We even got into a debate about video games. Despite someone liking Halo 3 for best ever they were a good group of guys. 5 / 7 would eat again.

Great place in a tough location. The homeless are merciless in every Cityscape business. This is a place you can can eat in peace. They do a fantastic job in terms of service for the customer....I've never been to a better Chipotle - this is the best, the management truly cares for the customer in a very tough location.

Hooters would have been better, not busy at all, still took forever to get drinks and refills. Even longer to get a check. The wait staff seemed like the customers were bothering them, not very friendly at all. The only reason for 2 stars was the burger was pretty good.
Other then that, I won’t go back.

Came to this place while my son was at a concert. Had an excellent time. Pub Nachos were excellent. Ellie was one of the nicest and most prompt waitresses I have ever met. She mad our party feel like we were friends. We had a great time. Thank you very much. I don't come downtown that often but when I do I will choose Tilted Kilt.

Great service, food needs help. I was charged $6 for a 2 ounce piece of fish. Shepherd's Pie had no flavor. The parmesan mashed potatoes made it edible. I will come back for the ambience and drinks, but will make sure I eat somewhere else.
