Sigh… we didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed our stay so much. The price was more than fair for what they offered. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful - love love love the decor and the smell! The staff were wonderful. When we asked if there was a microwave available to warm up our leftovers, they immediately brought one up. I told them about our safe not working and the water filter on our floor needing to be changed on the floor and they immediately sent someone up to fix it. Complimentary water available in the lobby and on our floor. We enjoyed the complimentary 5-5:30 champagne and churros, the pool, our room with Mountain View (and cheesecake factory - ha!), and the great location - walking distance from so many great restaurants and shops.

Overall I am so happy we chose the camby. i stayed at another hotel while i was in arizona and we kept saying TAKE US BACK TO THE CAMBY. Highly recommend.

Hello, Jessica at the front desk was extremely, extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Besides our interaction with her, our stay was less than desirable. I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the reasons that prompted us to cancel our second night. We respectfully are requesting a refund. Also we were charged for parking when we had a handicap sign. I would also like to request to be refunded for that as well. Thank you!

Excellent hotel with beautiful amenities and so quiet! Plush room with very nice bed and bedding. Room coffee could be better but the coffee shop in the lobby was excellent. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay.

The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room.

The Camby is a cool hotel in a great location. What truly makes this hotel the best in town is the incredible staff! Tatiana and the team at the front desk are alway nice and very helpful! I highly recommend this hotel.
