We had a good experience. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the room was clean.

The spa amenities & room upgrades make this hotel the best value in west sedona. We used the spa amenities daily & loved the 24hr coffee/juice bar. The room was larger than we expected & so beautiful. We were immediately in the sedona state of mind from the moment we checked in.

The room was nice and clean. We asked for upstairs room but they said they don't have any room. The breakfast was not good and it served limited item to eat.

The check in/ check out staff provided great customer service. The guy at the desk on evening, night shift was especially nice and accommodating to the pool area with great follow up to see how we are doing. Room was very clean.

This has become our favorite place to stay in Sedona. Clean comfortable rooms with excellent staff. The young man working the evening shift has been exceptional in providing information on the area and its history.

Had ants everywhere in our room.
Staff brought a can of flying insect killer and ant traps which were no help.
They were getting into our stuff and on our feet and arms.
Outside on the grounds, the entire area was crawling with more ants.
When checking in, the staff tried to charge way more than the ******* receipt amount.
They reduced the amount after I showed the receipt.
Dropped in early the morning of our check in day to notify them we just arrived in town, we were promptly told it would be 3:00 before we could check in.
When checking out, we notified the staff the ants ruined our stay and were told he would notify the manager.

Cute boutique couple retreat. Recently updated, quiet, loved the staff and amenities. Complimentary massage chairs, 2 person sauna, cold plunge, great breakfast, nice pool, and also available for a price are cabanas, ultra red light therapy table and salt room. Close to shops and restaurants, south of the congested areas. Will stay again!

The room was amazing, we loved all the amenities including the fire place and the bath tub! The parking was great, and really close to the rooms. The door was a little tricky, make sure you close it all the way! It’s your standard continental breakfast nothing fancy! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we would definitely stay again. We did not use the provided bath robs though, they had a bit of a smell to them. Overall great stay!

You can't beat the location that's for sure. While some things were great. I was a little annoyed at others. The location is pretty small and hard to see at night when you're trying to pull in the lobby sign is tiny and we missed it at first. Service was accommodating, considering we got in town pretty late. From all the pictures online it looks like there are some pretty nice soaking tubs, but our room had what looked to be a newer shower so that was a bummer considering there's also no hot tub on the property. The pool was really nice and hated and I loved the fire pit and all the seating around it. There's also a really nice sauna and it looks to be an ice bath. There is breakfast available in the mornings. We did not try it however, since we had other plates, it did look good though our room was clean plenty of towels. One of the beds were pretty uncomfortable, but pillows were nice. In the other bed was decent and we slept OK. The only real annoyance with our room was that there is no sink mirror or anything in the actual shower toilet area and they placed it right next to the door so if anyone was trying to come in and out while you get ready, have to wash your hands, etc. it was a little frustrating. The rooms were nice and quiet and we never heard anybody else while we were inside, the location is in walking distance to many restaurants, including our favorite pizza place famous pizza. I'd possibly stay again if we got a better room.
