We stayed here during Christmas time and everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and serviced every day. The front desk staff were very friendly.

The restaurant staff were top of the line! The breakfast was so good and fresh every morning. The staff at the restaurant are exceptional and definitely made our decision to go back! They make you feel at home and go above and beyond. Thank you!!

I want to share a positive interaction with the front desk representative. Her name is Danny Orozco. Although my reservation was made with Hotel.com, and didn’t know if the hotel would honor it. I made the request to Danny to change a king to 2 queens just a few days before check in. Danny pleasantly honored my request without an additional charge. Because she efficiently & quickly was able to modify the reservation without delay and fuss, it reduced my stress! Thank you Danny!

The rooms were big and spacious, with clean sheets and a very clean, well-maintained bathroom. They also provide robes and slippers, which was a nice touch.

Access to the club room is a big plus—you get breakfast, light snacks in the evening from 5–7 pm, and access throughout the day to coffee, water, sodas, chips, and light munchies. It’s especially convenient for stocking up before heading to Disney.

We stayed mainly for Disney, and the location worked well. The hotel is about a mile away, and the Disney shuttle stops right outside the hotel every half hour.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is not free and costs $28 per night. The shuttle to Disney is also paid ($6 for the whole day), which is good to know so you can budget ahead.

The fitness room is open 24/7, and you can refill water bottles with hot or cold water anytime. Housekeeping is done daily upon request.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a decent room rate, with good amenities and a convenient location.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Sheraton Garden Grove while attending the FMX conference, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always welcoming. The bartender and servers at Park Grill provided excellent service and made us feel right at home.

Housekeeping and room service went above and beyond; they even had the elevator ready for us on our way out without us asking! Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and genuine kindness. The entire team made our stay feel special.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Anaheim. Five stars all the way!

I stayed here to go to Disney and Knott's Berry Farm.
It was close to the buses, the security was good, the rooms were clean and it was a nice stay.
The only drawback is that it is a little far from a convenience store.
There is a convenience store, but be careful as it is not open late at night.
The gym has a water purifier so you can fill it with water or hot water.

Very close to Disneyland, 10 minutes drive, shuttle bus needs to be paid separately, breakfast is OK, but tipping is required, room rate is relatively cheap, overall cost performance is quite high, cheaper than the surrounding area, still recommend
