The staff was super nice and the room was clean. Check-in was easy in and out, the grab and go breakfast such as oatmeal and granola bars were a nice edition. There was also security for the parking lot at nights which was nice and made us feel safe. Would definitely stay here again and it was near a lot of popular areas. The screen in our window was broken and we couldn’t close our windows but luckily the weather was nice so we just asked the front desk about it and they refunded us for a night due to the window so we stayed in the same room the rest of our trip.

My family and I enjoyed our time at this charming hotel . We had enough room in our bathroom to take a very comfortable relaxing bath along with a UNdisturbed nights rest , which is something I personally appreciate very much in the first place. The location was in a very modest part of the city and I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The price was very reasonable and all of my accommodations where meet and the people who help me check in as well as made me feel welcome at there hotel went above and beyond to make sure I was fully settled in and comfortable. I will be coming back again!!!

Decided to stay here for one night with my family. The customer service rep was fine. However we got to the room, there were no towels, no soap, the rooms are old and out dated. There was hair on the tub. We told them that the housekeeping did a poor job on this room. The young lady at the desk did not acknowledge what I said. I was able to get some microban from them to spray down our beds. They need to come there and re-evaluate this property. I’m just glad we only needed to stay here one night. Oh not to mention the beds are super uncomfortable! Omg

Two words... "stale effervescence" 🦨
Maybe this hotel chain should rethink their pet policy. Others have said there is a smell and they are correct. My allergies 🤧 kicked in and the bed had a sink hole the size of a large gorilla. The refrigerator sounded like it was powered by a 1920's steam engine and the air conditioning system didn't work very well.
With that said, the staff was nice and the phone service was good. I just can't recommend this hotel as it's way too expensive for what you get. #skunktown
On a side note, I can't recommend a visit to LA period... it's a dead shell of its former glory days.

Comfy room. Nice staff. Quiet environment and overall cozyness. I wish they had actual breakfast food rather than granola bars and coffee, but then again, if you have your own stove in your room, you'd be more inclined to getting your own groceries.

This location sits 3 miles away from the LAX traffic horseshoe. It is adjacent to the San Diego freeway, Dinah's restaurant and the Westfield shopping mall in Culver City. This Stay America was not built for 5-star luxury. It is a highly functional for a quick business stay or family adventure if you are visiting Marina del Rey. Ample parking and less expensive than facilities closer to LAX.

Good place to stay, Clean and cool. Stay behaves very good.
Things may be improved:
1) Very old Air conditioner.(sometimes not working!!)
2) No nice Television channel(Getting bored)
3) Breakfast (seriously needs to consider, Tea and bars is not really matching the need.)
4) Some fun for Kids.

I first want to say that Amy was GREAT and provided GREAT service with a GREAT attitude, smile, and was very friendly. She provided me all that I asked for and needed with silverware, plates, and bowls. So a special shout-out to Amy for GREAT customer service, GREAT care, and GREAT attention to detail. With that said the room was clean, the bed was comfortable BUT the bathroom tub faucet was leaking water and thus was disturbing my sleep a little bit. Will be staying again due to the great customer service by Amy and hopefully they get the leak fixed in my room on the 4th floor.

Online I had booked a king size bed and Once I arrived there was no king bed available and instead of informing me ahead of time had double booked me for two queen size rooms instead. I don't know about other people but when I book something a week ahead of time I expect it to be available especially if it's being offered. On top of that they charged us the king size room when we were given a queen size room. Staff may be friendly but they were reticent to give us a receipt. Although the room was nice and spacious with kitchenette, the air conditioning hardly ever cooled the room, it was always hot. In fact the hallway felt cooler than the room did. There was no body length size mirror for me to see myself and as a shorty that's a real problem. Breakfast offerings are slim but expected. There is no assigned bathroom area for pets and the grass that is available is slightly overgrown and flea infested.

I was not happy with my stay here this past weekend for one the wifi signal is no good and when I went to front desk to ask for help they said keep trying it should work. Also the cable signal is bad I was trying to watch world cup and antenna signal would cut out this place is over priced and also the breakfast is coffee and some nature valley snack bar not much of breakfast.. there is cheaper hotels that offer better complimentary breakfast like waffles maybe cereal and some oranje juice not everyone drinks coffee overall not happy and would not stay at any extended stay again
