The front desk staff are awesome especially Patrick. We also get wine every day. The breakfast is not bad at all. Coffee all day long. Just a few steps from the beach. The room was clean and adequate. Only issue is no toilet paper holder but just minor

Excellent hotel. Very very friendly staff. View awesome. We had 213 room. Here the most comfortable shower cabin in US! Breakfast is perfect.

Great location, clean and good parking - the office doesnt open til 730am - coffee should be available earlier - the shower was not draining - drain needs to be cleaned - pation sliding door was very hard to open

Wonderfull boutique hotel!!! Top Hospitality …Irlanda (Manager) was professional,friendly and helpful Patrick is amazing and warm..I love the breakfast ,the coffe was delicious and the parking is included …everything was amazing ..I will stay again

Great location near Crescent Bay and Shaws Cove. Our room was super clean and it had a balcony with a distant view of the ocean - amazing considering the reasonable price. The staff was extremely friendly and invested in the guests.

A Lovely Gem in Laguna Beach
The Costa Art Hotel is very charming. I didn't expect much, but I was very pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. Patrick, the front desk manager, is delightful. The other staff members I encountered were very helpful & nice. The Costa Art hotel is more like a motel as the hallways are outdoor walkways. But there are plants throughout & little seating areas. The pool is a plus. I'm sure some of the rooms may be noisy, as it is right on PCH. We had a room in the back. Our little balcony faced the center court, not the street. Although, we had a sliver of an ocean view. I didn't expect to see it from our room. The price was excellent. This hotel is a gem!! We will come back!

Check in was easy and fast. Plenty of parking. Front desk is amazing on both shift. Free transportation is close by. Walking distance to the beach (not Treasure Island) - less crowded. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious.
