It's a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. It's clean, sunny, and the bed is comfortable. However, there are quite a few homeless people nearby, so it's safer to avoid going out at night.

The room isn't huge, but the decor is quite modern and trendy. The shower pressure was great. The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but what they offered was tasty and filling. The salmon and bacon were particularly good! Although it's downtown, I felt safe during the day, and getting around by subway and bus was very convenient. I didn't go out at night so I can't comment on safety after dark.

I am in my late seventies and my partner is in his early eighties. The bed was crammed wall to wall and the only way in or out was for one of us ( me) to crawl over my partner. Then to make matters more unpleasant, the toilet almost overflowed. We told the front desk and they thanked us for reporting the plumbing issue.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's just as great as the first time. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, even having a safe. While the room itself is a bit small, it has everything you need. They also have a gym, and there's a restaurant downstairs. The location is absolutely fantastic! There's a big market right behind it with all sorts of delicious food, and it's very close to the City Hall and Little Tokyo. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The front desk offers self-check-in and check-out, and there are always staff members available to help, and they are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

What I loved most about this hotel was its public areas. They're very artistic, great for relaxing or working, and there are plenty of outlets for charging devices. While the hotel doesn't provide bottled water, you can refill your bottle at the bar in the public area 🚰, and you can also ask the staff for hot water. Although the rooms aren't huge, they're comfortable and well-equipped, just remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers as they're not provided. Since it's in DTLA, it's quite close to Hollywood, and you can easily take the metro or bus to UCS, UCLA, and Santa Monica State Beach.

Little Room, but with lots of thoughts behind.
Absolutely love this hotel. It is a great choice for a solo Travellers. Each inch of the space has been thought of and super comfortable bed and love the lighting level of this hotel. No hotels in LA has the same level of lighting and the thoughts went in to the designing of this hotel room. Circadian lighting system to waking you up is just amazing. Highly recommended.

The room was spotless, compact but well-equipped. We booked a scenic king room, and the view from the window was lovely. The lobby downstairs is also beautifully decorated. Self check-in was a fun and convenient experience.

The hotel is in the city center, very close to several metro stations, just a three or four-minute walk away. It's clean and quite new. I felt secure with the key card access to my floor. The bedding was spotless, and it was really nice of them to let me check in early, which was a lifesaver after a 12-hour flight! The breakfast was good too, highly recommend.

A small cozy restaurant with wonderful Brazilian food! Portions are generous, moderate prices. Perfect lunch spot. Tilapia was quite tasty both the plate and the sandwich. Like most small spaces, tables really close together. Don’t go here if you want an intimate conversation. Go for the food and SANGRIA!

Excellent food, very good service! Enjoyed the Toron, an oxtail sandwich, a couple of their small plates, and two of their 'signature' cocktails. Excellent for sharing!

A fun place to do cocktail pairings (Ginger Smash and Moxie) while having great food, well-balanced, great presentation. Portion sizes are reasonable and atmosphere is great for people watching.

Had an interesting lunch here with my wife. Never tried this kind of food before where I think was a combination of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines. I personally quite enjoyed the baco sandwich, with its warm bread and juicy and tender meat filling inside. Loved the homemade soda pop at the end to washed down all the lingering flavor in my mouth.
