the room size is nice, the women who work here are all just rude, the men whom i spoke to were all nice and welcoming and helped me out. did also find a roach in the dresser 😥

To any trucking or commercial vehicle company. They will make up so many excuses while still canceling your reservation, even to CLC. Stay clear of this hotel to book your driver's

I have a company and I have my workers in that hotel. He says he has parking for trucks, but what they do not tell you is that they will charge you 50 dollars a day for parking. Your truck, trailer or trailer, or whatever you bring, is longer than 1 regular car. Are the rooms too old, are their mattresses? Does the spring metal feel? The bathrooms are too old, some fees fail to get water service off. The customer service is good, but there are some rooms that have bad smells and some have animals on their mattresses. It has already touched me.

The hotel is located in the west, very close to Universal Studios, 10 minutes drive, free parking, but the facilities are old, no breakfast, there is a small pool, and the soundproofing is poor

The hotel is OK outside, the parking lot is large and free. The room facilities are just average, and I feel it can be compared with the 7 Days Inn in China, but the price is much more expensive than 7 Days Inn.
There is free coffee and very sweet cookies in the lobby before 9 am, which is good.
The laundry room closes at 10 pm, which is not friendly to people who come back late.

First couple of nights at this hotel for our epic road trip in April 2018. Pretty jet lagged when we arrived but popped out for a burger at Jack In The Box across the road and then crashed out. Comfortable room, no disturbances and decent breakfast before we hit all the sights in LA for day 1, then again before we headed out on our 2 week road trip on Day 2.

Our room Was Not cleaned after first night, next moorning we went to the front desk to ask for cleanning Service and the attendant said that they have full schedule for cleanning (???).

I told her that we're supose to stay 3 nights and definitely i Pay for it, so she finally schedule the cleanning, but on bad attitude.

Hotel Provide 2 keys, and second night noone worked. We Went again to front desk and asked to set our keys ready, asking for documents that were inside the room! We ask her to come with us but she refuse. Finally set the key.

This is our second visit to this hotel and the last I hope. Ask for cleanning or basic Service requests should Not be a problem to the customer, that's what we Pay already.

What can I say about this great Mexican restaurant? Here is what I know - when you order the tableside guacamole and they come and they make it right there and they can make it a spicy or as mild as you want, it is just awesome! Not to mention the fact that their regular meals are good - I really love the chimichanga. It is just great. Their Carnitas is wonderful as well. You never go away from there hungry!

The daily brunch is excellent. If you like Mexican food this is a good chioce. Not many locations left. This one is the closest to Pasadena area.

Really good lunch buffet. If you don't know what you want get the buffet it has almost everything on the menu and you can't beat the $11 price. Thanks Jaime for making the buffet suggestions.
