The entire staff was incredible, especially the bell captain and housekeeping. The only issue that did not sit well with me was that valet parking was the ONLY option. I knew that they offered valet parking, however, it was really vague regarding self-park. I had to do a lot of digging, to include calling the hotel to find that self-parking was not an option.

The view is very nice.
No slippers in the room, the mat in the gym is quite dirty. Kids are running around in the gym. The Lululemon mirror instructor machine is cool.

This hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall, perfect for shopping at Neiman Marcus. The service was very good and the view was beautiful. Saw the beautiful sunset and sunrise.
If you are afraid of noise, tell the front desk to stay in the Star Tower.

I had a great weekend stay with my mom.😊 We really loved our room, it was very nice!! And there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room upon entry!They have beautiful outside seating areas to enjoy a meal or just sit and talk/relax. The pool area had an event going on with free snacks and music and a photo booth.

The hotel is located conveniently next to a mall with restaurants. But they also have a complimentary shuttle that will take you 5 miles or less. We went to Balboa island.

The employees are very professional, nice, attentive and helpful!

"Aunt Flow" came to town and I called downstairs for feminine products. A few minutes later an employee came to my door with a "period kit"! Not just feminine products, but also Tylenol, and water bottles all in a nice bag. I didn't expect them to bring all of that. I thought it was so nice of them and I really loved that!

I really enjoyed my weekend here and would highly recommend!

Gotta say the service here was next level. They are soooo nice. The parking, the lobby, the pool, the bar, the room staff… felt like royalty. A little pricey but will definitely return given the results.

Stayed here for a month it was the worst experience, and worst housekeeping they don’t clean your room even if you remove the do not disturb hours before they finish their shift and their cleaning is just changing the sheets and removing the trash not anything more they do not have cctv on the hallways of the rooms which did not make me feel safe, they need alot of improvement on their reception they are not experienced and have no clue what their doing (nancy) the manager was aware of our issue and ignored us did not follow up about it they made are stay stressful, never staying again for sure. Overpriced for their services.
