Safe neighborhood, spacious parking and a clean room with a complete kitchen. It would be nice if the hotel has shampoo and air conditioner available.

I like the fact that there was a kitchen the room was nice the beds were very uncomfortable and really hard.1 of the staff was not polite.they did not have enough pots and pans.

Went to check in and the 2 front desk people were in a verbal fight, completely ignored that we were standing there, kept arguing about things not getting done. Finally after half an hour of waiting we got the keys to room. Place is so dirty everywhere.

Kitchen had nothing at all other than sink, stove, microwave and fridge. There was no coffee maker in the room or ice machine provided. No utensils, paper towels. The breakfast was a joke 2 types of muffins kid size, oatmeal, hot water for tea and the coffee machin didn’t work. Will nerve go there again.

Here's a polished and professional version suitable for a hotel review or complaint:

The staff was rude and showed very little hospitality. Our room had an unpleasant odor, and when we requested a different room, we were told to check out of the hotel immediately - even though it was already 10:00 PM and we were traveling with a small baby.

When we asked for a room freshener, the staff did not have one readily available and asked us to come to the front desk after 10 minutes to collect it ourselves. There was no room service available; when we requested extra towels, we were again asked to pick them up from the front desk.

Additionally, the coffee machine was not working, and the snack selection was extremely limited, consisting only of muffins and snack bars, with no fruits or other options available.

Overall, the service and guest experience were very disappointing.

My wife and I had a mini vacation to kick off the holiday season with friends and family. We decided to stay at this hotel because of location. We drove from Las Vegas and this was the closest hotel from where we were coming from.

The front desk staff were fantastic and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30pm and Heide, who helped us, was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a warm welcome and made our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast was simple, given the hotel name, with grab and go breakfast bars, muffins, and coffee.

Dawn, the GM, was also fantastic. She is friendly and always checking up on guest/residents on how their stay is going or if there are any issues.

I would stay at this hotel again as the rate is very reasonable and close to everything.
