Great experience here. Stayed here with my wife and two kids. The person at the front desk was awesome. Noise level is very important to me in hotels, because if hotels have certain types of doors, it's very loud when they close. Luckily, the room was very quiet and I slept well. The room and bathroom was clean. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

The location is absolutely fantastic and close to everything. Room was clean, and comfortable after a long day of travel. Every staff member are friendly and welcoming . Plus, the airport shuttle was prompt, reliable. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location. Opposite to it is a square with Dahua 99 supermarket and some Asian restaurants. In particular, there is a restaurant that serves Japanese beef rice, which is large in quantity and reasonably priced. The bed in the hotel is quite comfortable, and cleaning needs to be discussed with the front desk in advance. A very satisfactory stay.

The staff was a little curt at first, but they more than made up for the first impression. The parking situation is a little cramped, but over all it was a pleasant stay.

It took a bit to heat the room up. You had to turn it up to 76 to get it warm then we backed it back down. Otherwise very nice stay.

The room heater had a problem and they offered to move me to another room and I asked for a heater instead. I gave 5 stars because they were very helpful and they did not charge me extra even though because of my work I had to check out an hour late, so I was grateful for that. I will return again for my next trip.

For me and needs, it was an almost perfect experience.

The water pressure was strong and the shower stayed hot — really appreciated that after a long day. However, the cleanliness of the bed could be improved. There were some stains and a few hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcase, which was disappointing.

The front desk is very considerate and helps solve problems encountered in a timely manner; the room is also very clean and comfortable.

Property was in good locale, near lots of shopping/eateries. Building is dated, but seemed kept up pretty good. Room smelled a bit but was tolerable.
