It's just an ordinary business hotel, and it's good in all aspects. But the price-performance ratio of all hotels during the conference is too low
The Signia Hotel in San Jose, USA won me over with its excellent service and luxurious facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are extremely comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's dining options are diverse, and every bite is a feast for the taste buds. The fitness center and swimming pool are impeccably maintained and are a great place to relax. Whether...
I visited on a business trip. It was a relatively recently built hotel, so it had a clean and modern interior. The location was good and transportation was convenient.
The room is spacious and the location is very convenient, but parking is a bit troublesome. The entrance to the underground garage can be missed if you are not careful. The sink in the room is not well designed and often clogged.
The hotel is very new and the atmosphere is very romantic. The cocktails in the lobby bar are also delicious. The hotel front desk is also very nice and let us check in early.
The room hardware and software are very good, and the location is very convenient, in the center of San Jose. The hotel occupancy rate is quite high, the breakfast is good, but the dinner is not recommended, it is very expensive.

I loved everything about this hotel . I highly recommend staying here again. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Great staff! Fernandez at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was extremely accomadating.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable, warm and inviting.
The gym, pool and jacuzzi are excellent.
Really good food options on site.
Overall a fantastic Marriott property!
The hotel property is fantastic- a great gym good bar and clean and nice facilities.
The rooms let the hotel down. They are nice and comfortable but let down by the loudest air conditioning system known to man which make it hard to sleep.
I was with a group of 4 and everyone reported a similar experience.
The room is ok. I was in the north tower. My issues with the room were that the toilet seat would not stay up without holding it, and the lighting in the room was too bright in some directions and too low on other directions.
The service was good. The hostess in the M Club is outstanding and full of energy.
The parking is expensive, and I find the garage had so many pillars and closed-off spaces...
My recent stay at the Santa Clara Marriott was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, making for a great first impression. The gym facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of equipment. The on-site restaurant surprised me with fresh fruit options and reasonable prices. The hotel's convenient location and exceptional service by the friendly staff were the icing on the...

We are rarely disappointed with our Marriott stays and this stay was no different! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as we flew in for our son’s game against San Jose State. We walked to yoga one morning. Walked to the stadium on game day.
Having stayed in many Marriott’s across the country (196 nights and counting), I can say this was one of my best stays. The staff at check-in welcomed me warmly and provided me with a very comfortable room. On top of that, they gave me a nice welcome gift consisting of wine and snacks. Thanks again for the great stay. I will be back soon!
Saturday, August 9, 2025 arrived at San Jose Marriott for the San Jose Jazz Festival around 9 am from Sacramento, traffic was easy. Early check-in wasn't until 1 pm. Finally got a room around 2 pm after five hour wait! Nice room though. Two queen size beds (I think). More than enough for little ole me though. I had requested a microwave in the room when I made my reservation in June. No microwave!...
The service at Marriott Hotels in China is very good, but it is different abroad. There is not even a bottle of water, and the room was not cleaned even after staying for three days. The experience is really terrible!
The room rate was a bit expensive because it was the event season, but the facilities were satisfactory.
If you are driving, the entrance is easy to miss, especially when it is a busy check in time, but otherwise, we had a great experience for our short stay. We came the night before a volleyball tournament at the San Jose convention center and it was very convenient for us to park, stay, and walk to the convention center hall for the tournament. We ordered delicious dinner from one of the restaurants...

We used their airport parking during our long trip out of the country and it was an excellent choice. Very easy and convenient. The front desk answered all our questions upon arrival and called a cab for us. Upon returning we called to get the shuttle which actually beat us to the pickup location outside of the airport. We were back to our car within 3 minutes. A few minutes later we were on...
it's a older hotel but still has so life left. many in house options available decently sized bar with killer wings and a mango beer that's just odd enough to warrant a try (and it earned it's keep). rooms are dated and the mini fridge could possibly be on its last leg but will keep food cold but won't freeze your ice packs so plan accordingly. thin walls or just insanely loud everything else. all...
Had a good experience with this hotel while staying here as I was attending a convention downtown. Room was clean, comfortable and safe. A little dated architecture wise but still a very good hotel room to stay in. The bed was very comfortable and was able to get plenty of good sleep so I can enjoy the convention. Front desk is handled very well, everyone I talked to was friendly, welcoming and professional...
After paying a whopping $350 per night, we got a room that as very weird smelling. The carpet was wet, all the faucets were running when we entered. We were super tired so we just crashed. Next day the smell increased, it became unbearable. Upon complain, they gave us a different room. That is the reason m giving them a 3 instead of a 2. They were courteous and gave us the room happily. Rooms are...
I attended PantheaCon and had wonderful experiences in my interactions with the hotel staff. Everyone from cleaning staff, to servers & security, front desk up to the Convention Services personnel and managers were very friendly and competent. I was here for a professional event. First there is a lot of parking. I used the self park option which you need to pay for. I think I saw signs saying that their lot can be used for airport parking as well. There is a machine in the lobby to pay for parking or you can pay via the valet. (The parking machine was not accepting credit cards so I went to the valet). The hotel is incredibly large. The...

Great hotel in a safe location with friendly knowledgeable staff. The hotel is located in more of a business area, so unless you are going to Levi’s for a game or event, it’s not the best location for ‘nightlife’, BUT if you happen to stay here, there are SOME things to do. There’s are lots of eateries and there’s also some local bars. Try Bare Bottle Brewing Co. which is just a couple miles away...
Amazing hotel, I really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. My room faced the 49ers stadium which was great because we stayed at the hotel so we can go to the football game the next day, it was very convenient, we walked to the stadium it was very close. The bar was very busy but lucky us we had the chance to sit there and order some food...
I didn't stay in this hotel but I needed their help with a guest who was and they couldn't have been more helpful. I dealt with an amazing woman called Courtney and she went above and beyond to help me. She was also lovely to chat to and put my mind at ease. Great customer service.
We love staying here when going to an event at the Levi stadium. It is located right across from the stadium!
The hotel has a gorgeous pool, bar, spacious room, good restaurants, friendly staff and conference rooms.
We truly love this hotel! The pool is fabulous and they have cabanas also.
Great location
Attentive and polite staff, and excellent breakfast buffets for all culinary preferences and dietary restrictions. Outdoor seating comfortable and can seat large parties outdoors in shade or with warmers. Although they were attending to soccer tournament , 2 weddings, and a fashion show, they focused on individual guests with a premier attitude.
The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Veronica at Evolution sushi bar was so friendly and incredible. She sent a bottle of Champange to our room to celebrate our new move to the area. She made our stay extra special and memorable. Thank you Hyatt Regency SC. We would recommend your accommodations to all friends and family coming to the area.

I liked the large and comfortable bed in the room. The staff is very good, helpful, always friendly, appearance tidy and nice to look at all the time !
I Enjoyed the staff enjoy the room but it's a weird configuration depending on which way you come in to the hotel from the convention center or the street or the parking lot but once you're in you'll enjoy the overall atmosphere and amenities. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar perfectly situated across from the registration table, but it looks like a cool place to chill.
I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton location. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I found the staff here very pleasant and accommodating.
The location of this Hilton in downtown San Jose is great with many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend Bijan Cafe for a morning coffee and pastry or croissant. Scott’s Seafood is an excellent restaurant for a delicious dining experience...
Good rooms and great location if you are attending a convention. Lacking some of the nicer things you might want for a vacation.
When we were there, there was no valet, bell, or room service. The pool and spa were tiny, fitness center was okay. The ice machine on our floor was missing and on the floors that did have filtered water was dispensed extremely slowly.
Breakfast was adequate but limited...
There is free parking and is newly renovated. It is reasonably priced. The bathroom is nice and big. However, we booked a queen sized bed but it looked more like a full sized bed. The hotel is quiet and had no problem sleeping. Highly recommend.
We stayed at the Hilton while my husband was attending a work conference at the convention center, which is right next to the Hilton. The room was nice and clean, what you would expect from a Hilton. The location is downtown, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. Great location, functional but not high end and price sensitive.
This is like the fourth time I stay here and even though there's no "free" breakfast like in all other Holiday Inn Express hotels, it's proven it's value for several reasons:
- Location, location, location. You can skip all traffic when coming / going to the airport and any events downtown San Jose.
- Cozy bar for ending a long day...
A very solid hotel. Was just an overnight guest for one night. The double room was a comfortable room. There were power outlets on all the table lamps to charge devices, but I'm still glad I brought a travel power strip.nothing overly special, but not bad either. The location, the space and atmosphere and the kind welcome and friendly service make Hotel Valencia our go to when we visit Santa Clara University. The pool is wonderful too. It’s a definite luxury to be in such a beautiful hotel right in the midst of Santana Row!
Excellent location! A beautiful hotel with very professional staff. It is so nice to stay at an independent hotel that actually has a **personality** and professionally trained people who take pride in their work. This was my first time staying at hotel Valencia (I was googling nice hotels on Santana Row). I had reservations at LB steak house for my husband’s 50th birthday and wanted to make his experience really nice, so I booked a room at Valencia with the “date night” package. Great front desk and curbside service, willingness to switch rooms to one with a poolside view at short notice, swimming pool, comfortable room. Nice courtyard.
The best positive is location. Heater was so loud rumbling vibrated the walls in our room. Could not sleep so had to turn off the heater in December. Mini fridge is locked so could not use ?! Not sure why very strange and first time we’ve seen this in hotel. So had to throw our dairy products away. Outdated rooms. Amazing hotel with a lot of personality in the heart of San Jose. The room is big and really comfortable. There was a bathtub and everything was spotless clean. Spectacular! This is a gorgeous property with great staff. We are loyal to the Hilton brand and happy to have found the Hayes Mansion. This is a very family friendly hotel. Amenities are typical for a nice Hilton. There seemed to be a shortage of towels during our stay. There were 3 adults in our room, but they only gave us 2 sets and it took quite a bit of calling the front desk, housekeeping, etc. to get the towels we needed. Room was very clean and updated. We were in town for a birthday party at Martial Cottle Park, and we think...
The hotel is a historic Manson with hotel rooms added in the back. The main building does look gorgeous but the hotel rooms were pretty standard. While the room is nice and clean, it is a bit small. Nice staff, clean and accommodating. As far as a place to stay it’s pretty cut and dry, no frills but it gets the job done. Have no complaints and that’s what we expected. Not a five because the breakfast option is awful, seriously cost is overpriced but ok if you want something quick. Hotel is within walking distance of the SAP center. They do have a parking garage, cost is $35 a day. You have to ask for service and even then you may not receive service. Otherwise the room was exactly what I expected.
New built. Room is in good shape and conditions. The reason for lower rating is because it is close to the high way and below the plane landing path hence there are constant noises. And also the fact that during my stay there was room services for 3 days and I was told they had a short of hands. Totally not acceptable given the price paid.
I had a blast when I stayed here, mostly because of the staff. Excellent team. The hotel is beautiful but it's the team that counts and I saw them doing an Excellent job. Nice experience overall. The bell service and the valet service are quick and friendly. Rooms are quite small though. Building is an old building and has an antique feel to it. Location is in the middle of Downtown San Jose so there is quite a bit of noise at night. Room was clean so that's good.

I stayed there for several nights on a business trip, and it was more cost-effective than the surrounding area. After using it, I found it to be really cost-effective! If I were to come back, it would definitely be a hotel I would consider.

I often hear that there aren't any amenities in America, but there were plenty of amenities.
There was water in the lobby so you could drink it for free anytime! (This was really helpful... thanks to this I didn't have to buy water once and I never had a problem staying hydrated!)
Also, the station was really close so it was a great location for going anywhere...

Stayed for the night in a two room suite. It was clean and quiet and comfortable. The tv's were a little small and we woke up to the maid who wanted to clean the room before 9am. The breakfast had a decent variety and the pool was heated even though it was raining. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Redecorated rooms and outside paint cannot disguise the fact that this was once a standard motel with doors opening to the outside and cars parked along the downstairs rooms. Note, this hotel also has a multi-story tower but I did not stay in that section and cannot comment on those accommodations. The furnishings are nice and of high quality but there is no outside window, unless you do not mind people...
Excellent room decor. Very very clean. Decent desk chair and desk for comfortable working on the computer in the room. Great lighting and comfortable reading spaces. Well arranged spaces to unpack into. I would prefer a little more of a kitchenette. The sink water does not get hot enough. Shower is hot, though. Keys work flawless first time ever time. I definitely prefer this hotel when staying in...
Loved loved loved!! This place is amazing! The price is just right! We got in late and was able to sleep late because the curtains allow it to be pulled all the way keeping out any light. Clean room, friendly staff, overall great experience. We will stay here again.
Spacious but noisy. I was first impressed and surprised by the size of the room. Most rooms are just bed and bath. This actually had a living room if a kind. As I stayed longer and tried to sleep, the intense rattling of the air conditioning, inexplicably on in spite of mild temperatures had me searching for the thermostat so I could get some sleep. The barrier in front of the air conditioning inlet...

We had a big family gathering at your Hotel. The service was friendly and the food was terrific. Everyone said that the food was very delicious. They were also very helpful in helping us with our cake for the birthday celebration of my brother. What a nice place, guys! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
Spent a few nights as part of a business trip. The hotel appears to be renovated and still has some of the old-school motel feel to it. The bed was very comfortable, and the room amenities are great. The bathroom (particularly tub/shower area) could benefit from a re-do of the tile and/or lighting fixtures, but the room was clean and everything worked. The staff were very friendly, and it was clear...
Customer service was excellent. Speedy check in and gave me the option to pick my room which was cool. The room was simple but not complaining. The only downside were the pillows, they were uncomfortable to sleep on but made it work. The light underneath the door is distracting a bit during the early morning and makes it difficult to sleep in. Lastly, you can hear everything outside the door when people...
This is a good quality hotel. There is a nice pool and hot tub area and the rooms are clean and have some decent amenities. All of the staff was was very courteous. There was one minor item that didn't sit so well with me, however. The hotel offers a happy hour gathering Monday through Thursday from 6 to 10 pm where guests are provided one complimentary drink (beer, wine, etc). I stayed on a Thursday...
Check in and check out were easy and fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They provided free wifi, and complimentary coffee and tea. I used the pool, lounge room, and the 24 hour fitness room and have zero complaints. I was quite comfortable in my short stay.
Location and the room were great. The bathroom is fairly small. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.

The location, surroundings, and service are all excellent. However, the fruit served at breakfast had an off-putting odor. It seemed as though the fruit had been cut and left out for an extended period, developing an unpleasant smell. We hope this can be addressed.
The room was good, very close to the meeting place
Breakfast: Good
Environment: Good
Service: Good
The best hotel I've stayed in the Bay Area! Good service, good facilities, great rooms
There weren’t very many people here during our stay and that gave a bit of a vibe off, but the hotel was nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Our room came with a refrigerator and microwave, iron and dryer. The cable worked. The air and heat both worked great and windows opened to allow fresh air in. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Parking was...
My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is very charming and the rooms are very comfortable.
The rooms are larger then expected and have all the appointments you need such as tv air conditioning on premises washer dryer ice machine etc. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The breakfast at the hotel was great. I appreciated the wide selection.
I plan on staying here again.
