The hotel is very spacious, but it is a bit dated. Evening can be noisy even when I was on the 20th floor. I could still hear people music from the streets.

Breadfast is amazing. Although it’s not buffet but very delicious and delicate. The room is spacious, while the cleaning and maintenance can be better. Some corners seems to be ignored for a long time. They don’t stock up the bottle water and coffee capsule every day. Good thing is the kettle is provided to boil water. Overall is okay, but I would expect more for a Hilton hotel

It's just an ordinary business hotel, and it's good in all aspects. But the price-performance ratio of all hotels during the conference is too low

I visited on a business trip. It was a relatively recently built hotel, so it had a clean and modern interior. The location was good and transportation was convenient.

The room is spacious and the location is very convenient, but parking is a bit troublesome. The entrance to the underground garage can be missed if you are not careful. The sink in the room is not well designed and often clogged.

For this room type, breakfast will be at the M lounge instead.

I was extremely disappointed with the Marriott in San Jose. I had planned to stay for two weeks, but I checked out after only three days. The overall facilities were mediocre, and the worst part was the service.

We are rarely disappointed with our Marriott stays and this stay was no different! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as we flew in for our son’s game against San Jose State. We walked to yoga one morning. Walked to the stadium on game day.

Having stayed in many Marriott’s across the country (196 nights and counting), I can say this was one of my best stays. The staff at check-in welcomed me warmly and provided me with a very comfortable room. On top of that, they gave me a nice welcome gift consisting of wine and snacks. Thanks again for the great stay. I will be back soon!

Saturday, August 9, 2025 arrived at San Jose Marriott for the San Jose Jazz Festival around 9 am from Sacramento, traffic was easy. Early check-in wasn't until 1 pm. Finally got a room around 2 pm after five hour wait! Nice room though. Two queen size beds (I think). More than enough for little ole me though. I had requested a microwave in the room when I made my reservation in June. No microwave!...

The service at Marriott Hotels in China is very good, but it is different abroad. There is not even a bottle of water, and the room was not cleaned even after staying for three days. The experience is really terrible!

This is a very family friendly hotel. Amenities are typical for a nice Hilton. There seemed to be a shortage of towels during our stay. The hotel is a historic Manson with hotel rooms added in the back. The main building does look gorgeous but the hotel rooms were pretty standard. While the room is nice and clean, it is a bit small. The staffs are friendly. There are plenty of parking. The room is clean. They also have a nice heated pool. Overall, it's good. The only thing that I don't like is the room size; but it's not a deal breaker to me

I stayed there for several nights on a business trip, and it was more cost-effective than the surrounding area. After using it, I found it to be really cost-effective! If I were to come back, it would definitely be a hotel I would consider.

I was able to soak in the bathtub every day. I often hear that there aren't any amenities in America, but there were plenty of amenities. There was water in the lobby so you could drink it for free anytime! (This was really helpful... thanks to this I didn't have to buy water once and I never had a problem staying hydrated!) Just needed a hotel after a concert. Not my favorite but it was a clean bed for the night.

The hotel is very clean and recently renovated. The facilities and gym are excellent. It's close to the airport and offers airport transfers. The breakfast is average, requiring à la carte dishes, and is a bit pricey. Very close to the airport, with free shuttle bus, and a Japanese restaurant about 10 minutes walk away. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, the road is wide, there are some companies, no homeless, and it is relatively safe.

It's really unfortunate because everything about this hotel was adequate or better for the price and the location was extremely convenient. However, the bed was like a cement slab with a comforter on top, it literally hurt to lay on my side. I slept very poorly and my wife barely slept at all, and it's a hotel, so nothing else really matters if you can't get decent sleep there.

The hotel is well located in the heart of San Jose, with many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. I booked a room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, which was very large and comfortable. I liked the old-fashioned feel of the hotel and the atmosphere.

The staff was a little curt at first, but they more than made up for the first impression. The parking situation is a little cramped, but over all it was a pleasant stay.

It took a bit to heat the room up. You had to turn it up to 76 to get it warm then we backed it back down. Otherwise very nice stay.

The room heater had a problem and they offered to move me to another room and I asked for a heater instead. I gave 5 stars because they were very helpful and they did not charge me extra even though because of my work I had to check out an hour late, so I was grateful for that. I will return again for my next trip.

ABVISJC’s service is superb. They accommodated to my request and happy to help me with moving the luggage upstairs as there was no lift there. The manager, Akash, responded quickly to email and was helpful during our stay.

Food was spectacular and so was the service. The rooms were ok. I've been to better but these were not bad, we stayed in a deluxe so I wouldn't know but I imagine the are OK. As.for price this was a gift from a friend so I wouldn't know.

The room was clean, the location was good, and the breakfast was decent. It was convenient for connecting flights and returning the rental car. There are many places to visit nearby; I recommend Interactive Tech, which is great for kids to play in for most of the day.

The elevators were all broken, and we had to walk a long way with our luggage. Not recommended.

It is perfectly located in less than one min from the highway. Only 8 minutes to SJC airport. The main road (Saratoga) has a lot of the main locations to see in San Jose like the Westfield mall. Found bugs in the toilet. The floor not clean becauae i could felt sand. No lift which is a problem for lifting luggages to room. Air condition wasn't cool enough. It took like few hours before you feel ok. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is located near the city centre, very clean and overall well kept considering it is a 2-star category. The manager in the lobby was very skilled and also funny, and had no trouble checking me in despite showing up more than an hour before check-in time. I will be back.
