Great location. Easy quick walk to Levi Stadium. Cordial helpful staff. Clean room.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. It has restaurants and bar on site. Parking is 40$ per day. The staff is professional and accommodating. If you are missing any supplies, they will be delivered to your room. I stayed there for conference and it was an absolute pleasure.

Outside of the property looks dated. Pool and lounge area were dated and could use a good cleanup. Rooms were on the smaller side but clean. Not too many food options.

I was extremely disappointed with the Marriott in San Jose. I had planned to stay for two weeks, but I checked out after only three days. The overall facilities were mediocre, and the worst part was the service.

We are rarely disappointed with our Marriott stays and this stay was no different! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as we flew in for our son’s game against San Jose State. We walked to yoga one morning. Walked to the stadium on game day.

Having stayed in many Marriott’s across the country (196 nights and counting), I can say this was one of my best stays. The staff at check-in welcomed me warmly and provided me with a very comfortable room. On top of that, they gave me a nice welcome gift consisting of wine and snacks. Thanks again for the great stay. I will be back soon!

Saturday, August 9, 2025 arrived at San Jose Marriott for the San Jose Jazz Festival around 9 am from Sacramento, traffic was easy. Early check-in wasn't until 1 pm. Finally got a room around 2 pm after five hour wait! Nice room though. Two queen size beds (I think). More than enough for little ole me though. I had requested a microwave in the room when I made my reservation in June. No microwave!...

The service at Marriott Hotels in China is very good, but it is different abroad. There is not even a bottle of water, and the room was not cleaned even after staying for three days. The experience is really terrible!

The hotel is very spacious, but it is a bit dated. Evening can be noisy even when I was on the 20th floor. I could still hear people music from the streets.

Breadfast is amazing. Although it’s not buffet but very delicious and delicate. The room is spacious, while the cleaning and maintenance can be better. Some corners seems to be ignored for a long time. They don’t stock up the bottle water and coffee capsule every day. Good thing is the kettle is provided to boil water. Overall is okay, but I would expect more for a Hilton hotel

I visited on a business trip. It was a relatively recently built hotel, so it had a clean and modern interior. The location was good and transportation was convenient.

The room is spacious and the location is very convenient, but parking is a bit troublesome. The entrance to the underground garage can be missed if you are not careful. The sink in the room is not well designed and often clogged.

The overall environment and service were satisfactory. However, it's been a week since I checked out, and I still haven't received my deposit back. Why is it taking so long?

This was an absolutely terrible experience. Prices were higher than other platforms, and booking in advance was more expensive than booking on the fly and non-refundable! After booking, a new policy was immediately introduced. Check-in itself wasn't a major issue, but the hotel offered zero flexibility; a truly awful experience!

Everything was quiet good except very expensive parking. And the food was just okay...

I miss domestic hotels, just stay here when I'm on a business trip

The hotel doesn't provide housekeeping services, and you have to book in advance for cleaning. I stayed for a week, and for the first four days in a row, they didn't proactively clean the house even once.

The room was very old and the ceiling was quite low.

This hotel is fairly standard overall, with prices fluctuating considerably. Parking costs an extra $18. There are parties on weekends, so it can get a bit noisy at night. The pool doesn't look very big; I haven't actually tried it yet. Overall, it's okay, but nothing special—"stayable but not a standout."

Great experience here. Stayed here with my wife and two kids. The person at the front desk was awesome. Noise level is very important to me in hotels, because if hotels have certain types of doors, it's very loud when they close. Luckily, the room was very quiet and I slept well. The hotel is in a good location. Opposite to it is a square with Dahua 99 supermarket and some Asian restaurants. In particular, there is a restaurant that serves Japanese beef rice, which is large in quantity and reasonably priced. Everything was pretty good. The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. The particular room we had was next to a staff access door and it was a little loud with people going in and out late into the night and early morning, but other than that a good price for the room we had.

The location, the space and atmosphere and the kind welcome and friendly service make Hotel Valencia our go to when we visit Santa Clara University. The pool is wonderful too. It’s a definite luxury to be in such a beautiful hotel right in the midst of Santana Row!

The room is spacious. Although can tell it’s not a young hotel, overall it is well maintained. The breakfast is buffet style while the menu doesn’t changes a lot during my stay. Note that it’s a cashless hotel, so not able to do money exchange at the reception.

This hotel gave me a great experience. While it's a bit small, the overall decor is very modern and new, and it's quite comfortable. For breakfast, there are many choices, but what's unique is that they give you a breakfast voucher, which you then use to order your meal.

There's not much of an ambiance to speak of. I know that for $800-$900, you can't expect anything great in the current US economy. However, the first-floor room had abysmal natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was something you just had to accept with your eyes closed. I guess in America, if you're staying anywhere below a five-star hotel, you shouldn't expect too much.

I stayed there for several nights on a business trip, and it was more cost-effective than the surrounding area. After using it, I found it to be really cost-effective! If I were to come back, it would definitely be a hotel I would consider.

I was able to soak in the bathtub every day. I often hear that there aren't any amenities in America, but there were plenty of amenities. First of all the hotel does not provide water and slipper in the room. Everything they provide is very minimal. Therefore I do not think it justify a 240 dollar a night. The hotel is extremely close to the airport roughly 4 mins with the hotel shuttle running as early as 5 am and I really appreciate that. The room is big enough to accommodate 4 people with 1 sofa bed and 1 big bed.

The property is old and it's obvious. That said, it well located and comfortable/clean. The best part about De Anza is 100% the staff. The front desk folks were more than helpful and accommodating - even upgrading us at no charge because we added a person to our reservation and there was only one option with two beds left (the suite). Kudos to the staff -- they were amazing!

I wouldn’t qualify this hotel as a 4-star one. It’s pretty worn out and perhaps could get a bit of a refresh. However, we had a wonderful check in experience. Front desk team was very welcoming and helpful. They even upgraded our room because we were visiting town to celebrate our anniversary. Location is good and overall experience was good.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing stay overall. The only minor issue I had was that the shower tended to run very hot, but everything else was excellent. It's really unfortunate because everything about this hotel was adequate or better for the price and the location was extremely convenient. However, the bed was like a cement slab with a comforter on top, it literally hurt to lay on my side. I slept very poorly and my wife barely slept at all, and it's a hotel, so nothing else really matters if you can't get decent sleep there.
