I visited on a business trip. It was a relatively recently built hotel, so it had a clean and modern interior. The location was good and transportation was convenient.

The room is spacious and the location is very convenient, but parking is a bit troublesome. The entrance to the underground garage can be missed if you are not careful. The sink in the room is not well designed and often clogged.

The hotel is very new and the atmosphere is very romantic. The cocktails in the lobby bar are also delicious. The hotel front desk is also very nice and let us check in early.

The room hardware and software are very good, and the location is very convenient, in the center of San Jose. The hotel occupancy rate is quite high, the breakfast is good, but the dinner is not recommended, it is very expensive.

Great staff! Fernandez at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was extremely accomadating. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. The gym, pool and jacuzzi are excellent. Really good food options on site. Overall a fantastic Marriott property!

The hotel property is fantastic- a great gym good bar and clean and nice facilities. The rooms let the hotel down. They are nice and comfortable but let down by the loudest air conditioning system known to man which make it hard to sleep. I was with a group of 4 and everyone reported a similar experience.

We are rarely disappointed with our Marriott stays and this stay was no different! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as we flew in for our son’s game against San Jose State. We walked to yoga one morning. Walked to the stadium on game day.

Having stayed in many Marriott’s across the country (196 nights and counting), I can say this was one of my best stays. The staff at check-in welcomed me warmly and provided me with a very comfortable room. On top of that, they gave me a nice welcome gift consisting of wine and snacks. Thanks again for the great stay. Saturday, August 9, 2025 arrived at San Jose Marriott for the San Jose Jazz Festival around 9 am from Sacramento, traffic was easy. Early check-in wasn't until 1 pm. Finally got a room around 2 pm after five hour wait! Nice room though. Two queen size beds (I think). More than enough for little ole me though. The service at Marriott Hotels in China is very good, but it is different abroad. There is not even a bottle of water, and the room was not cleaned even after staying for three days. The experience is really terrible!

We love staying here when going to an event at the Levi stadium. It is located right across from the stadium! Attentive and polite staff, and excellent breakfast buffets for all culinary preferences and dietary restrictions. Outdoor seating comfortable and can seat large parties outdoors in shade or with warmers. Although they were attending to soccer tournament , 2 weddings, and a fashion show, they focused on individual guests with a premier attitude.

The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Veronica at Evolution sushi bar was so friendly and incredible. I Enjoyed the staff enjoy the room but it's a weird configuration depending on which way you come in to the hotel from the convention center or the street or the parking lot but once you're in you'll enjoy the overall atmosphere and amenities. Nice staff, clean and accommodating. As far as a place to stay it’s pretty cut and dry, no frills but it gets the job done. Have no complaints and that’s what we expected. Well I do think that parking is steep ($26 a day with in/out) especially considering that one will drop hundreds of dollars for a room and then have to shell out more dough just to park your car is ridiculous.

Not a five because the breakfast option is awful, seriously cost is overpriced but ok if you want something quick. Hotel is within walking distance of the SAP center. They do have a parking garage, cost is $35 a day. You have to ask for service and even then you may not receive service. Otherwise the room was exactly what I expected.

New built. Room is in good shape and conditions. The reason for lower rating is because it is close to the high way and below the plane landing path hence there are constant noises. And also the fact that during my stay there was room services for 3 days and I was told they had a short of hands. Totally not acceptable given the price paid.

I’ve stayed here 5+ times and have generally have good experiences. It’s very downtown San Jose, making it easy to walk everywhere and has a restaurant on the ground floor which opens at 6:30am for breakfast. Best place for long stays. They serve American breakfast contains breads, corn flakes, eggs, yogurt, fruits and oats.They also keep boiled rice because there are lots of Indian guests in the hotel. Loved loved loved!! This place is amazing! The price is just right! We got in late and was able to sleep late because the curtains allow it to be pulled all the way keeping out any light. Clean room, friendly staff, overall great experience. We will stay here again.

Spacious but noisy. I was first impressed and surprised by the size of the room. Most rooms are just bed and bath. This actually had a living room if a kind. As I stayed longer and tried to sleep, the intense rattling of the air conditioning, inexplicably on in spite of mild temperatures had me searching for the thermostat so I could get some sleep. We had a big family gathering at your Hotel. The service was friendly and the food was terrific. Everyone said that the food was very delicious. They were also very helpful in helping us with our cake for the birthday celebration of my brother. What a nice place, guys! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

Spent a few nights as part of a business trip. The hotel appears to be renovated and still has some of the old-school motel feel to it. The bed was very comfortable, and the room amenities are great. Customer service was excellent. Speedy check in and gave me the option to pick my room which was cool. The room was simple but not complaining. The only downside were the pillows, they were uncomfortable to sleep on but made it work. This is a good quality hotel. There is a nice pool and hot tub area and the rooms are clean and have some decent amenities. All of the staff was was very courteous. There was one minor item that didn't sit so well with me, however. The hotel offers a happy hour gathering Monday through Thursday from 6 to 10 pm where guests are provided one complimentary drink (beer, wine, etc). I stayed on a Thursday...

Check in and check out were easy and fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They provided free wifi, and complimentary coffee and tea. I used the pool, lounge room, and the 24 hour fitness room and have zero complaints. I was quite comfortable in my short stay.

Location and the room were great. The bathroom is fairly small. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.

The location, surroundings, and service are all excellent. However, the fruit served at breakfast had an off-putting odor. It seemed as though the fruit had been cut and left out for an extended period, developing an unpleasant smell. We hope this can be addressed.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is very charming and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooms are larger then expected and have all the appointments you need such as tv air conditioning on premises washer dryer ice machine etc. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast at the hotel was great. I appreciated the wide selection. I plan on staying here again.
