The room was clean, the location was good, and the breakfast was decent. It was convenient for connecting flights and returning the rental car. There are many places to visit nearby; I recommend Interactive Tech, which is great for kids to play in for most of the day.

The elevators were all broken, and we had to walk a long way with our luggage. Not recommended.

The hotel room size is OK, the location is good, very close to San Jose Airport. The facilities are average, and the service is good. As a hotel for business trips, it is quite suitable.

San Jose has good Witty, good atmosphere, good heating and cooling, good breakfast, and reasonable price... Not bad value for money.

The hotel is nice, there are many rooms, but the rooms at the back are a bit far away. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc. in the room, you need to bring your own. There is a gas station next to it. There are few types of breakfast, but it is enough.

The hotel is very new and very close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus, but it is not 24 hours a day. It seems to be from 5 to 23 o'clock. The room is very big and I'm very satisfied. It's a good place to stay after getting off the plane.

We were staying at a hotel right next door to this place and it's not even open for service. Why is it being recommended of its closed for whatever reason? This business looked like it hasn't been open for a while because we looked inside the windows and it was destroyed.

Dirty tables, no tp in bathroom and food lacks flavor....Stopped in for a quick lunch- below average. Chain food 90% better. Oh and ice machine broken ☹️

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this place? I was in and out of there in less than 10 mins. They have a great selection of pizza by the slice. I was thrilled that there was an actual vegetarian option besides cheese. Thin crust crispy edges just the right amount of sauce, cheese and veggies for the Green Market slice. Did the combo with house salad and drink....large portion salad with a good mix of veggies. I liked that it had a mix of baby greens and not just iceberg lettuce.

I asked if I could combine the sub of the day (6$), which includes a side and drink, with a salad (+2$). They said I had to pay 16$, that salad wasn't included and people get "confused". No confusion possible as it's written and I asked before, I ended up dining at the hotel as they insisted on that price and the "confusion". Horrible service.

A great place to grab a late dinner since it is open until 11pm. Staff is friendly and sandwiches always delicious.

First time at this location. Ordered the footlong tuna which usually comes with 4 scoops of tuna. This Subway put on 2 scoops and spread it out thin. When I mentioned wanting more tuna as I've had with other locations she rolled her eyes and said it would cost extra. This location is trying extra hard to lower costs at the expense of their customers and customer service. I also asked about sitting outside as their tables and chairs were tied together and inaccessible. The other shops in the center has their outside seating available. Walked out empty handed as I will never do business here and would not recommend anyone else!

It was okay. The location is very convenient if you are staying at the hotel across the parking lot.

I love Chipotle, but I was super frustrated with their lack of customer service today. I walked over from a local hotel at their posted open time, and the door was locked. They could be seen eating and talking to each other inside. I knocked on the window, and someone came and said that they weren’t going to be opening for another 20 minutes. I pointed at the sign, and they said “yeah we’re running late because of some catering” and closed the door. I was just frustrated because even though they obviously had food ready, they made no offer to accommodate me even though I was there after their opening time. No apology or anything. I didn’t have time to wait around so I ate at Subway instead.

Chicken was nicely grilled before it was cut and had an excellent taste. The brown rice had more to it than before: nice! Quiet Sunday afternoon, nice peppy music. We need to get back there regularly!

Easy on/off freeway. Clean and pleasant. Friendly, fast staff. Could use comfier seating for a longer break but for a pit stop can't beat it.

The best sandwiches and omelettes in this part of San Jose... Their Chicken Santa Fe, Philly Cheese Steak and Falafel wrap are my favorites. Don't forget to ask what's on their 'secret menu'!
