The facility itself is average and the pricing is relatively reasonable — but the biggest issue is the staff’s attitude. From the beginning, their behavior was extremely disappointing, to the point that it was hard not to feel frustrated.

When I raised concerns, they kept avoiding responsibility, claiming I had “just arrived.” One major issue was the construction noise from the opposite building around 7 AM, which made it impossible to sleep. It clearly showed how little regard they have for guest comfort.

Despite asking for daily cleaning, it was only done after I strongly insisted multiple times. Although they eventually offered compensation for the complaint, the overall service quality was still lacking.

One night, around 1 AM, I asked the front desk staff to help with outdoor noise. Shockingly, the female staff member told me to handle it myself. Completely unacceptable.

The facility is poorly maintained. Kitchen appliances are decent, but not consistent across rooms — I switched rooms due to the noise, and the setup was noticeably different. It reflects a lack of standardization and poor management throughout the residence.

Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the experience. Not recommended if you value good service and a well-managed space.

I stayed at this property twice. Overall, the stay was good and the facilities were decent. However, I was quite disappointed with how the staff handled an emergency situation.

One of the nights during my last stay, the fire alarm went off and around five families, including me, had to evacuate the building. Shockingly, the front desk staff continued checking in new guests instead of addressing the alarm or assisting those already outside. Eventually, it was one of the guests who had to call 911.

This shows a serious gap in emergency preparedness and staff training. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures the staff is better equipped to handle such situations in the future.

Location is best. Service is ok, room is ok and HVAC is super noisy. Be warned WiFi is horrible at snail speed of maximum 27MB, not acceptable at all.

Breakfast included and very busy in the AM hours.

Little pricy per night, but again it is California for you and everything is pricy here.

The hotel room rate is very suitable for traveling with children. The reservation is made early. The surrounding areas are very convenient to drive to, within 15 minutes. The room is also relatively clean and quiet. Parking is $19 a night, which is okay.

I am here on a business trip and the check in process was seamless and easy. Danny at the front desk had a lot of good suggestions for local places to eat and get entertainment. Dan also made sure that any questions were quickly and accurately answered. Dans a customer service rock star and it shows! The room is up to date and was very clean upon entry. I wouldn't hesitate recommending a stay here in the Valley!

Intolerable freeway noise. I used earplugs but I could not sleep. I asked for a quieter room and they moved me literally 50 feet and looking right over the freeway. I ended up not staying the night. They will charge me even though they could not provide a clean & quiet room which are my only 2 requirements and should be a given no matter the location of the hotel. This place needs a major renovation to sound proof given its proximity to one of the busiest freeways in the country.

It's a Residence Inn, it's what you expect a Residence Inn to be. The maintenance of the buildings isn't amazing, but there's nothing blatantly broken or filthy or any of that. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the amenities were up to a usual business-hotel standard. If you're sensitive to traffic noise, ask for a room away from the road but we were in a room right up against the freeway and the soundproofing was surprisingly good. Didn't try the breakfast, but my brother did and said it was above average.
