We loved this place, especially for the price. It was clean and comfortable and came with all the essentials (dishes, silverware, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, etc.) The included breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. We spent a day at the pool and it was nice and clean and they brought us out fresh pool towels. The office allowed our kids to bring the giant Connect4 out to the pool to play. The office also has baskets on the counters filled with complimentary snacks. We really loved the hospitality here and will definitely be back.

This place is ok. Quite dirty not to Marriott standards. Breakfast was so so. Ran out of items as well. Good location and that’s all that can be said. There are for sure other close by hotels to consider rather than this one.

We had the two story loft unit and stayed a week. The room was great and had the kids in the loft. The kitchen was a decent size and the living area was spacious. However, the unit was not clean. I wiped down the kitchen table and countertop and the paper towels turned black. We also found some wet towels stuffed in a dresser. Cleaning was every other day and they missed a day. Getting the cleaners back was not possible.

Have now spent about 3 months of.my life here over several years of work trips. It is a pleasant and convenient place. They are responsive to maintenance requests, and I appreciate an actual oven in a hotel kitchenette.

The facility itself is average and the pricing is relatively reasonable — but the biggest issue is the staff’s attitude. From the beginning, their behavior was extremely disappointing, to the point that it was hard not to feel frustrated.

When I raised concerns, they kept avoiding responsibility, claiming I had “just arrived.” One major issue was the construction noise from the opposite building around 7 AM, which made it impossible to sleep. It clearly showed how little regard they have for guest comfort.

Despite asking for daily cleaning, it was only done after I strongly insisted multiple times. Although they eventually offered compensation for the complaint, the overall service quality was still lacking.

One night, around 1 AM, I asked the front desk staff to help with outdoor noise. Shockingly, the female staff member told me to handle it myself. Completely unacceptable.

The facility is poorly maintained. Kitchen appliances are decent, but not consistent across rooms — I switched rooms due to the noise, and the setup was noticeably different. It reflects a lack of standardization and poor management throughout the residence.

Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the experience. Not recommended if you value good service and a well-managed space.

I stayed at this property twice. Overall, the stay was good and the facilities were decent. However, I was quite disappointed with how the staff handled an emergency situation.

One of the nights during my last stay, the fire alarm went off and around five families, including me, had to evacuate the building. Shockingly, the front desk staff continued checking in new guests instead of addressing the alarm or assisting those already outside. Eventually, it was one of the guests who had to call 911.

This shows a serious gap in emergency preparedness and staff training. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures the staff is better equipped to handle such situations in the future.

Location is best. Service is ok, room is ok and HVAC is super noisy. Be warned WiFi is horrible at snail speed of maximum 27MB, not acceptable at all.

Breakfast included and very busy in the AM hours.

Little pricy per night, but again it is California for you and everything is pricy here.

The hotel room rate is very suitable for traveling with children. The reservation is made early. The surrounding areas are very convenient to drive to, within 15 minutes. The room is also relatively clean and quiet. Parking is $19 a night, which is okay.
