Sadly this place is horribly dated and is in need of much upkeep. It is cheap though.

This is a clean and safe motel It is a Motel with no frills but clean You can’t beat the price !! Super close to downtown San Luis Obispo; Almost 1 mile walk Room includes coffee maker, fridge & microwave This place is ideal if you just need a place to sleep and are not looking for ambience or amenities

Great experience. Host was accommodating with my 1 hour late check out and change of checking in date due to flight cancellation. They refunded me 1 night due to my flight cancellation. They are good and hardworking people there.

Vintage vibes. The room was clean and charming and the staff was pleasant and helpful - Debra was a gem! I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our two-day stay. There isn’t enough handicap parking. There is only one handicap parking space and it’s used by the motel proprietor

Place is great! No problems. The staff is excellent! Perfect location and close to everything. It was priced just right for a tight budget! In a town with a lot of choices for hotels that were very pricey I would pick this one every time. Would stay here again.

This motel is a second home for me and my girlfriend whenever she visits me while I’m at school. I greatly appreciate the warm kindness of Debra who runs the motel, she’s genuine.

We had a great one night stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the room was (and high ceilings!) it felt very clean and well taken care of. Just one note that the headboard was a bit frayed/didn’t look great, but we try to stay away from them at hotels anyways while sleeping.
