The hotel room rate is very suitable for traveling with children. The reservation is made early. The surrounding areas are very convenient to drive to, within 15 minutes. The room is also relatively clean and quiet. Parking is $19 a night, which is okay.

Lock of room 513 got problem but no one knows about it and housekeeping service need to be improved

I am here on a business trip and the check in process was seamless and easy. Danny at the front desk had a lot of good suggestions for local places to eat and get entertainment. It's a Residence Inn, it's what you expect a Residence Inn to be. The maintenance of the buildings isn't amazing, but there's nothing blatantly broken or filthy or any of that. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the amenities were up to a usual business-hotel standard. Generally, not many kitchen utensils

The room was quite spacious and even had a microwave. I was surprised to find a disabled-friendly chair in the bathroom. What really impressed me was the breakfast; it was simple yet abundant, and they even had miso soup, rice, and chili peppers! This was such a comfort for my Chinese palate, especially after having so many 'Western' breakfasts. They also had seven or eight different tea bags available...

Typical motel, rooms are a bit small but fairly clean. Even though it was during Christmas, and there were quite a few guests, it was still pretty quiet at night. The motel is right by the highway and has plenty of parking, but they charge extra for it, which feels a bit unfair.

I'm here for a short trip for personal and business meet-up. This hotel is the perfect location for my purpose. Comprehensive amenities and a comfortable stay.

Reception was a pleasure. The clerks were very charming and welcoming. When I got to the room, it was clean and fresh. I had a very nice experience.

For this price in Silicon Valley, the value for money is unbeatable, and the best part is that it includes free breakfast. There are also various supermarkets nearby, and the location is very convenient. Plus, there's a swimming pool.

Easy freeway access, not far from other amenities. Decent price! Check out at 11  and breakfast closing at 9 are a bit early.

Good location, nice big rooms with a kitchen, a washer & dryer which are very important when you are on the road for 2 weeks at a stretch.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is curtious. Rooms have what I needed. Internet was good and the fitness center was well stocked. My only reason to rate it less than 5 stars is due to the beds. It was not comfortable at all and very hard. I know that is a personal choice, thought they could meet us side sleepers half way.

The staff at this location were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms—bed(s), bathroom—were tended daily, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The location is also great: a short trip to Mountain View, and walking distance to dowtown Sunnyvale businesses. I would choose this location again without hesitation.

One of the nicer courtyards I've been to. Recently renovated, nice lobby, good location if you're working in the area. The gym is big enough to get a decent workout. But it's small enough to get really crowded quickly so as long as you're not working out in prime time you should be fine.

Really lovely for the business traveller. Comfortable, pleasant in every detail. The delicious and well run Bistro helped me out with a late meal, and all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. No room service. :(

Tuesday night is one many nights that I have enjoyed the pleasant safe inviorment of Friendship Inn. Excellent Staff and Management. I was a traveler before I retired. Stayed in many Hotels/ Motels This place feels like a visitor with friends .

I stayed at this hotel for 2 months. The room was great, I didn't feel like I was staying at a hotel. The service was great, the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for about 2 months, and I had a very pleasant experience. All their staff are friendly, and the owner accommodated my room based on my needs. The location is superb, which is close to Korean groceries and Apple park! I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for a couple weeks. Really liked the room which included a nice kitchen. Big TV, and great location near lots of delicious indian and korean food. Friendly service, people at the desk willing to help. Highly recommend to anyone.

Check in was smooth and easy lovely staff. Accomodation suited family of 5 comfortably. We had an excellent time at this establishment and would gighly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights and no complaints. Nice and clean rooms, clean linens, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Suggestion: Please upgrade TV's I would recommend this to anyone who is coming to the Sunnyvale area.

Saw a review that said diamond in the rough and cant agree more. Its kind of secluded which helped keep noise down. Some said the security is a little concerning but we felt safe enough. Only downside we really had was the weather sealing on our door could be replaced. They have cookies at night which few places do anymore. The breakfast is decent. Fantastic hotel. Suites are very large with a full kitchen. The breakfast spread is delicious, and they use real silverware and full condiment bottles instead of use use plastics. The employees are friendly and helpful as well. Michael was jovial and pleasant while checking us in and the text check up from Cenon was nice.

Large apartments, sometimes I'd even get a two bed two bath. Clean rooms, haven't had any issues during the two times I've stayed here. Reasonably quiet, close to Google, not too far from SJC in traffic. Haven't tried their pool. Would be nice if they gave some free filtered or bottled water.
