The room was quite spacious and even had a microwave. I was surprised to find a disabled-friendly chair in the bathroom. What really impressed me was the breakfast; it was simple yet abundant, and they even had miso soup, rice, and chili peppers! This was such a comfort for my Chinese palate, especially after having so many 'Western' breakfasts. They also had seven or eight different tea bags available...

Typical motel, rooms are a bit small but fairly clean. Even though it was during Christmas, and there were quite a few guests, it was still pretty quiet at night. The motel is right by the highway and has plenty of parking, but they charge extra for it, which feels a bit unfair.

I'm here for a short trip for personal and business meet-up. This hotel is the perfect location for my purpose. Comprehensive amenities and a comfortable stay.

Reception was a pleasure. The clerks were very charming and welcoming. When I got to the room, it was clean and fresh. I had a very nice experience.

For this price in Silicon Valley, the value for money is unbeatable, and the best part is that it includes free breakfast. There are also various supermarkets nearby, and the location is very convenient. Plus, there's a swimming pool.

It’s essentially a motel upgraded with supporting facilities. Rooms look fairly dated. Breakfast was terrible. If you just need shut eye and don’t mind the motel bones, this will do.

I stay in this hotel when in town. I am a Platinum member, so usually I get nice rooms, all but my last stay. On the last night I was moved. Wasn't so happy with that as they downgraded me. 2 star hotel for 5 star experience! I stayed at other 2 star hotels in the area like glass slipper inn (similar price, but disgusting). The Palo Alto Inn had clean floors and clean, comfortable beds. Atmosphere felt clean. I gave them a 5 star for top quality at the lowest price.

The hotel room rate is very suitable for traveling with children. The reservation is made early. The surrounding areas are very convenient to drive to, within 15 minutes. The room is also relatively clean and quiet. Parking is $19 a night, which is okay.

It's a Residence Inn, it's what you expect a Residence Inn to be. The maintenance of the buildings isn't amazing, but there's nothing blatantly broken or filthy or any of that. Saw a review that said diamond in the rough and cant agree more. Its kind of secluded which helped keep noise down. Some said the security is a little concerning but we felt safe enough. Fantastic hotel. Suites are very large with a full kitchen. The breakfast spread is delicious, and they use real silverware and full condiment bottles instead of use use plastics. Large apartments, sometimes I'd even get a two bed two bath. Clean rooms, haven't had any issues during the two times I've stayed here. Reasonably quiet, close to Google, not too far from SJC in traffic. Haven't tried their pool. Would be nice if they gave some free filtered or bottled water.

Had a fantastic experience at Oak Motel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained and made for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!
