Overall we were very disappointed with being charged an amenity fee: (1) The hot tub was broken (main reason we wanted to stay at The Ridgeline). (2) Other amenities did not apply to us. (3) Breakfast was listed as part of the nightly fee. We were offered drink coupons at the bar for our trouble but bar options were also cheap and limited. Breakfast was very minimal. I would give it a 3.75. Room was spacious and very clean. In fact, the housekeeping staff here was constantly visible and working hard. All staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Restaurant is sparse but the food was good. Bartender Edward was very personable and made me perhaps the best old fashion I've ever had. Good job Edward! So why the 1.25 star deduction? Great hotel! Looks like they are doing a big renovation. Can't wait to see the final product the next time I'm in town. My room wasn't renovated, but still nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Had the Grilled Cheese with Tomato Bisque in the restaurant. You dont want to miss that!

What I appreciate about this hotel is that it's still standing, but has reinvented itself. Sure, it's not perfect, but the rooms are cozy and the in-house coffee bar had great coffee in AM. In true spirit of the hotel, the five-minute shower timer, yoga mattes and bulk soap in each room were a nice touch. A breath of fresh air for the eco conscious visitor.

Excellent hotel for this area! We came for hiking in the Rocky Mountains and were looking for a good value stay, since not everything in Estes Park is budget-friendly. This hotel is perfect in terms of price and quality. Big spacious room was equipped with all what needed.It has a pool and a hot tub, which are ideal after a full day of hiking. Highly recommended!

The room was large and the facilities were old, but the bedding was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry was coin-operated and required coins to be exchanged at the front desk. It was a bit expensive at 2.5 yuan per wash.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently introduced the hotel's various service facilities. The room was large, clean and tidy, the parking lot was large and free. The surrounding environment was beautiful and close to the highway, but there was no noise, maybe our room was on the back of the highway. The breakfast was great, thumbs up 👍

As is mentioned in many reviews of The Stanle, the construction is a huge turn off! And absolutely no mention of it when you're booking your room. Room 428 was awesome! My daughter and I stayed 2 nights. First night we heard children laughing and carrying on. I was annoyed because I thought they were kids on Spring Break. We stayed 5 night, 2 different rooms. Both were NOT clean, hair on the floor, hair in the towels!!! Luckily we brought our towels and didn’t use towels there. Max at the front desk was super nice, the day we checked out, front desk lady didn’t even say hi back. The second room we stayed, no extra bedding sets, we called and they said should be in the closet but no, they delivered.

Fireplace was an excellent touch at night. The wildlife right outside was Beautiful to see

The fine touches in the condo were beautiful. From the Christmas decorations to the placemats for the dining table and everything in between it felt like being at home.

The condo was amazing! Perfect for relaxing and park access without paying for any over the top amenities. I am sure this place books up quick in season but anytime it is avalible, it will be my go to spot to stay in Estes. Thank you!

Room wasn’t great, but also wasn’t terrible. Central air didn’t work. So they had installed window units that didn’t fit and almost fell in once the wind picked up. The inn was clean and located very close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. But the room we stayed in, Building C, is not ideal to have a quiet time. The unit we stayed in was very nice. Staff were very pleasant as well. The complex was located very close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park and that was great. The complex was clean and quiet. Just on the edge of town, there were still a few nice restaurants nearby.
