Holiday Inn Estes Park by IHG, Estes Park1 / 30
8.2
Colorado, Estes Park, 101 S Saint Vrain Avenue 🧭 Map
The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. This hotel never disappoints.
Lots to do foe the kiddos and lots of freebies, s’mores, coffee, cocoa, tea, flavored water, etc. The indoor pool was also very nice and didn’t smell bad like most and wasn’t too hot. The huge TV was also nice in there.
Older venue. We were out in the west wing which seems about a mile from the lobby. Kind of a clumsy layout, but that’s the only real complaint. They had a Starbucks machine and sparkling water machine. Enjoyed the large pool with big screen display. Game room had deteriorating games, but kids liked it. Bar was great and they had awesome drinks. Excellent views of mountains. Fun fire pits.
Room was fine, staff was friendly. I was not informed at the time of check-in that I would be charged $15 to park in the parking lot.
We couldn’t stay our first night. I contacted the property about that and told them that we would be there in the morning. They apparently rented our room out and wouldn’t let us check in until 4 pm. If we paid for 2 nights shouldn’t we be able to arrive early and not have to wait til 4 pm?
Location was perfect. Fire pits outside were cool. Only downsides: check in was a pain. Line was wrapped around into the hotels bar/ eatery. There were 30 people waiting just to check in around 4 pm on a Sunday. Also- gym was not as pictured- only a couple sets of free weights. We specifically choose our hotels based on gyms so this was a big drawback for us. Someone had their dog in their room barking...

Colorado, Estes Park, 333 East Wonderview Avenue, 80517 Estes Park, Kolorado, SShA 🧭 Map
As is mentioned in many reviews of The Stanle, the construction is a huge turn off! And absolutely no mention of it when you're booking your room. In addition, when I booked my room, I did not realize that I was booking it in the Aspire building. I thought that the Stanley hotel was one big hotel. I did not realize that there were different newer buildings. In the end, though, I am very happy that...
We enjoyed our stay at the Stanley, but I wanted to warn other travelers that it is a massive construction site right now. If I had known, I might have still stayed there, but I would have requested a different room. Right now, the back side of the main building it a dirt pit. Construction starts at about 7:30 a.m. and wraps up at 5 p.m. Because the building has no air conditioning, our room got quite...
This is somewhere I have always wanted to stay. I had the opportunity to stay this past weekend. I was not disappointed. We stayed in the main hotel. Our room was great. There was a lot of room to move around and there was a nice sized closet to place our luggage and hang our clothes. The windows were very large and they could be opened. The bed was comfortable but there were only three pillows...
Room 428 was awesome! My daughter and I stayed 2 nights. First night we heard children laughing and carrying on. I was annoyed because I thought they were kids on Spring Break. When I looked out the door no one was there. Second night shadows all throughout the room with heavy boot steps pacing. Don’t forget to book the Ghost Tour! Jim is the best!!!
My wife and I stayed here on Monday and Tuesday in January for a quick couple’s getaway. It was off-season and the slow days of the week, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The history, ambiance, and age of the hotel make it really cool. It’s old, the floors creak, the walls are thin, and the windows may rattle a bit, AND that’s what makes it a unique...
We had a wonderful experience here Sunday night the concierge was helpful with all info we needed ( location, parking ) the bars were great with awesome drinks We did not do tour as one of us had already done it It is a beautiful old hotel contrary to lots of reviews and would def go again

Excellent hotel for this area! We came for hiking in the Rocky Mountains and were looking for a good value stay, since not everything in Estes Park is budget-friendly. This hotel is perfect in terms of price and quality. Big spacious room was equipped with all what needed. It has a pool and a hot tub, which are ideal after a full day of hiking. Highly recommended!
The room was large and the facilities were old, but the bedding was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry was coin-operated and required coins to be exchanged at the front desk. It was a bit expensive at 2.5 yuan per wash.
Good location , walking distance to McDonald, bed comfy and continental breakfast . Good to stay overall
Very good, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the hotel room, the town is very quiet
Fabulous hotel, facilities, cleanliness and very helpful staff.
The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently introduced the hotel's various service facilities. The room was large, clean and tidy, the parking lot was large and free. The surrounding environment was beautiful and close to the highway, but there was no noise, maybe our room was on the back of the highway. The breakfast was great, thumbs up 👍

Colorado, Estes Park, 1100 Big Thompson Ave 🧭 Map
Room was clean and comfortable, loved the indoor pool and the hot tub, grounds taken care of, friendly staff. It’s nice they offer a free breakfast.
Room wasn’t great, but also wasn’t terrible. Central air didn’t work. So they had installed window units that didn’t fit and almost fell in once the wind picked up. Pieces of boards were stuck in where gaps were but the wind blew them right in. Something about it just wasn’t right. Staff was friendly and it was Christmas so instead of saying anything to create work for someone who was probably just...
The inn was clean and located very close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. But the room we stayed in, Building C, is not ideal to have a quiet time. When we stayed at Appenzell Inn, the third floor was occupied and we could hear all the footsteps, door sliding, and loud conversations. Albeit all of that stopped at 10 PM/quiet time. My advice to future guests, if you decide to stay at this Inn, do not...
Our room was great! The only thing was hearing the people next to us all night but the room itself was great! The staff was great as well.
Loved staying at the Appenzell Inn. The room was super clean, had a kitchenette that had everything you needed to cook your own meals, the fireplace kept the room warm to where you didn't need the regular heater, and the staff running the check-in office were very friendly, efficient, and set up a great continental breakfast. The inn is just far away enough from Estes Park to have a peaceful stay...

Nice room at a reasonable price. The restaurant and bar were good and so convenient, located right across the parking lot.
I absolutely loved this place!! Can not wait to go back!! The bed was so comfortable, loved the fireplace and being next to a stream. Perfect location!!
No staff onsite. Loved the room for most part. Cell service was horrible in location and wifi that was offered did not work in room. Could get service in parking lot but not room
It works like Airbnb, they do not have a person attending to the place, you only pick up your key through a box with code, there is no reception, they give you a service number but they never attend to it. I had a problem with a heater, maintenance arrived in 3 min, but to request maintenance they never give you a number, I got it by miracle. the bathroom door did not work, the place lacks a lot of...
Everything was fantastic! Room was spacious, clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it!
The cabin was conveniently located for easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as to the local restaurants, shops, etc, yet private and with parking right in front. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

I’m obsessed with this hotel!! It’s a beautiful little get away I will be staying there every time I make a trip to Estes Park. 10/10!
We stayed 5 night, 2 different rooms. Both were NOT clean, hair on the floor, hair in the towels!!! Luckily we brought our towels and didn’t use towels there. Max at the front desk was super nice, the day we checked out, front desk lady didn’t even say hi back. The second room we stayed, no extra bedding sets, we called and they said should be in the closet but no, they delivered.
Fireplace was an excellent touch at night. The wildlife right outside was Beautiful to see
Everyone was great and the very clean! Absolutely love it and we will be coming coming back. Not one bad thing to say or happen. Great experience!
Beautiful facility and location. Balcony view included Lake Estes and Longs Peak and Meeker. There was 7” of snow. Wonderful cozy fireplace in the room. We would definitely stay here again.
Room was very clean! So beautiful! And friendly staff from the restaurant to the front desk! Definitely would stay again!!!

Really pretty room with all the items I needed (cooking stuff and atleast a microwave). Nice cabins too. Netflix on TV is a win for me
This is our 2nd time to stay here and we have always loved this place— the location, the serenity, the views, the full amenities in the cabin. And loved the upgraded heated toilet seat too. Would recommend this to anyone who will visit Estes Park/RMNP.
The views are good and the cabins had everything you would need with a full kitchen and very quiet location not far from downtown
Unit was really cute. Had everything we needed except for an ice maker in fridge, not a big deal. Check in was the strangest check in ever though. Never had a check in like it before and seened sonewhat cold and impersonal. Also, when giving us our instructions, the instructions were somewhat intimidating. They were hyper focused on making sure we knew check in was "between 3 and 5! Not before or...
I really liked my stay there and I will recommend it to my friends and acquaintances and I will come back
Very friendly customer service. You can only watch cable TV so I spent most of the time watching commercials .. H

Great Stay - Shows Pride of Ownership & Attention To Detail - Beautifully Renovated & Upgraded - Exceptional Staff & Customer Service - Located Close to Downtown - Look Forward to Staying Again in the Future
We spent a couple of nights at The Maxwell Inn while we explored Rocky Mountain National Park. The hotel was cozy and the room was extremely clean. The location was great, just a few moments beyond the busy downtown of Estes Park and perfectly placed for exploring the Park and surroundings. The only downsides were that the bathroom was extremely small and the breakfast was very basic and limited. Highly...
We truly enjoyed our stay at The Maxwell Inn. Beautiful Inn; just what I wanted in visiting Estes Park and the mountains. Great location, Great Hosts, couldn't have been more perfect. Clean, comfy, beautiful decor, good breakfast and coffee. Dana and Peter were very helpful in answering questions and giving us ideas on what to see. We felt like Family before we left. Definitely want to make it...
The Good: This Inn looks like a chalet on the outside and has Craftsman architecture accents inside and out. The shower works well and there is plenty of counter space by the sink. There is a continental breakfast. The receptionist when we checked in was very personable and made a good recommendation for dinner. It is a short walk to down town. The Disapointing: I found out a bear had been in...
Great location. Close to town. Close to the park. The shuttle into town is right outside the Inn. The breakfast is simple and fast. Coffee, fruit, muffins, juice, yogurt. Relaxing room to sit and eat while most mornings elk wonder outside. The place is super clean. We were there for a week and everyday the room and bathroom were spotless. The grounds are clean as well. Book early. Most days...

Clean room, nice staff, good location to the town, and an awesome hot tub
Spacious for 8 people. Reasonable pricing and close to restaurants and shopping.
This was my first trip to Estes Park and we had a great experience staying at WorldMark!! We got a text that day telling us our room was ready and we could check in a little early!! Our room was spacious and we had a balcony facing the river. Since it is winter the pool was closed along with 2 of their hot tubs. But we still had a good experience in the hot tub that was open because it wasn't crowded...
Friendly staff, clean room, creek running behind room Poor- no internet in rooms- that is unacceptable these days, even a Motel 6 has free WiFi in rooms, ya’ll are asking $25 a day for internet … ridiculous, it should be free inside the room… this s 2025, not 2000 The shower in the room was so small you cannot even turn around
It is always a pleasure to stay in a Worldmark location
The unit we stayed in was very nice. Staff were very pleasant as well. The complex was located very close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park and that was great. The complex was clean and quiet. Just on the edge of town, there were still a few nice restaurants nearby.

Only complaint was no lighting in parking area. Very dark!
The staff, check in and check out seamless. Room was amazing.
Location was key — 2 miles to entrance into Rocky Mountain National Park and just a few minutes from downtown Estes Park. Skiing and Ice skating within an hour away! Staff was a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend!!
This is our second time here, and I truly love this place! I really hope we can stay here again next year.
The fine touches in the condo were beautiful. From the Christmas decorations to the placemats for the dining table and everything in between it felt like being at home.
The condo was amazing! Perfect for relaxing and park access without paying for any over the top amenities. I am sure this place books up quick in season but anytime it is avalible, it will be my go to spot to stay in Estes. Thank you!

If there is noting available you can think abut staying here but if you have other options no
The room was cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub one night. Perfect temperature
Very spacious and centrally located to RMMP and downtown Estes Park. Nice selection of hot beverages like coffee, hot cocoa, spiced cider, and tea. Bed was comfortable. Room had a fireplace but we didn’t use it. Room could use some updates, but overall great stay with lots of space. Highly recommended.
Very nice shower & room decor. Property is dated & needs general maintenance inside & outside. Lower level room hears all movement from room above & bathroom flushing from all sides.
Very nice hotel near Estes Park Very lovely quiet hotel. I liked the seperate shower/sink set up so that they can be used by different people when necessary. The tea/coffee service provided was great and the beds were comfortable.
Great location. Easy to get to town. Elk out on or near the property daily. Room10 had great deck and view of the river. Room needed updating. No screens on the windows or French door. Carpet desperately needs replacing. Carpet has a musty odor.
