Really pretty room with all the items I needed (cooking stuff and atleast a microwave). Nice cabins too.

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we have always loved this place— the location, the serenity, the views, the full amenities in the cabin. And loved the upgraded heated toilet seat too. Would recommend this to anyone who will visit Estes Park/RMNP.

I canceled my reservation on the spot and left. Check in is via a computer with somebody located in a different state. Very impersonal.
I paid for and requested a one bedroom unit. They assigned me a studio.

The views are good and the cabins had everything you would need with a full kitchen and very quiet location not far from downtown

Unit was really cute. Had everything we needed except for an ice maker in fridge, not a big deal.
Check in was the strangest check in ever though. Never had a check in like it before and seened sonewhat cold and impersonal. Also, when giving us our instructions, the instructions were somewhat intimidating. They were hyper focused on making sure we knew check in was "between 3 and 5! Not before or after and continued to remind in the instructions several times. And making sure we knew there would be fines if we messed something up! Im an adult! I get there needs to be rules but i felt a bit threatened and definitely intimidated. We did check out a day early! Over all, the unit was nice! But we will not return!

Very friendly customer service. You can only watch cable TV so I spent most of the time watching commercials .. H

Clean room. Staff was great. Lovely area. Had our own balcony with a grill and patio furniture overlooking the stream.

Check in was super fast & easy, Max was wonderful!!! Our cabin was lovely & clean & had everything we needed. The new toilets with heated seat was a nice bonus!! The only thing missing was a small table to put in front of the couch when you're sitting there, to put your drinks on. Other than that, it was perfect & we highly recommend it for a wonderful getaway. Oh, I almost forgot, it is a 5 minute drive to the Fall River entrance to the national park & it is much less busy than Beaver Meadows.

We had a great stay in the 2 bedroom cabin. The views were amazing and the hot tub was the perfect end to hiking every day. We even got to watch an elk sleep right across the stream from our hot tub!! They have chairs out by the stream so sitting out and enjoying that every morning was magical!
