The staff was very nice and welcoming. There is a need for more security around the property. When we pulled up there was a vehicle and couple setting up a bed in the bed of a truck with sheets to sleep. The elevator was out of order. So we tried to use one stairwell. We could not as it was blocked by a person under the influence of a substance yelling at someone on the phone in the stairway we needed...

It was a great price. Clean. Nice ammenities. This won't be the fanciest place you have ever stayed in but its good for the fair price.

I only give them 3 stars because the hotel was nice and clean but the costumer service was excessive, I only booked for one night I got several messages through the app, WhatsApp, emails and text messages. The total of messages exceed 15 from 6am to 9am the day of check out, is beyond annoying. I had to stay another night in the area and I made sure to not book it again. Good costumer service is nice...

Room was in ok condition - floors had sand on it. Hot water in the shower wasn’t working but overall, an ok stay!

Easy check in and comfortable bed, although it seemed short. The restaurant and Tiki bar are closed on Mondays, so keep that in mind. Quiet and peaceful.

Rooms were decent, even though cleaning staff felt it was okay to skip a day. Towels were thin and very limited. Hotel itself is not terrible but hall decor is old and worn. This is really a 2 star hotel, very basic. Prices are high for this property. You don’t really get a good bang for your buck.

We enjoyed the room and amenities minus the cockroaches and mildew smell. There were lots of cockroaches in both rooms. It’s awful to have to check my bags to make sure they don’t travel.

We had ants in the room and the night manager said they would try to credit us and give us IHG points but we’d have to come back in the morning. In good morning the front office lady had no idea what I was talking about and did nothing for us. I also requested towels that never came Outside those two issues, everybody else was very polite, and the rest of the building is very clean

It is about a five-minute drive from the I95 expressway, The location is convenient. There are Publix and some shops at the same plaza. It is a good choice to stay for one night temporarily

The room is very spacious, my children were comfortable. The room had everything you need, even beach chairs and an umbrella. Easy access to the pool with chairs. The staff was very polite.

Used our time share exchange for this great place. Older (70's?) but very clean and nice. Staff was very accommodating and personable. Our condo was 3 BR/ 3 BA with full kitchen and laundry. Everything was provided to get us started.... i.e.....laundry detergent, dishwasher soap etc. Nice clean pool and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Complained the first day as had no hot water. front desk told me to run the water like 20 minutes. that is insane. rest of stay had hot water. got a call from a rep too, apologized. give me a days credit, don’t want an apology

Place is currently under renovation but we received a great rate and had everything we needed, so 5 stars. Breakfast was decent, we had an early flight and were checking out by 5am and coffee was out and ready which we appreciated. Great location near FAU and parking is included in the room rate - as it should be :) Will definitely be back!

Front desk was very accommodating allowing me to check in early. They were working on the Hotel's AC system right outside my room which was at times noisy and inconvenient. Biggest issue was there was no way to turn off the AC unit inside the room even when using the room thermostat. Comp Breakfast was nice.

Good stay but the hot water in the room was intermittent. If that hadn’t been a challenge the review would have been 5 stars.

The property was extremely clean and the breakfast variety was excellent. The area was safe and easy to get to with ample parking. The only negative was that we had to ask for towels a few different times at the pool and for our room (we had four people in our room and they only give three towels). Besides that, it was an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Fairfield Inn it is very nice and the room was exceptional. The check-in lady was super kind too after a super long day of business meetings and she even gave me snacks. I will stay at your hotel again! It is very clean and has the latest in technology too. I also liked the plant based variety of breakfast foods too!

Everything was generally good. They only had an accessible room available, but that was okay except that the bed was easy being its best before date. The staff members were friendly, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, the breakfast was good, and the location very suitable for our business conference travel destination. I would stay here again.

Very safe and close to Colleges- I feel the rooms are a little moldy or musty that bother my allergies.

Overall, it's a nice place to stay for a night or two. The rooms are large and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room ...the bathroom floor was not swept well and there was hair in the tub.

Clean room and good amenities. 1 of the 2 elevators broken during the entirety of stay, this caused issues with waiting. Breakfast selection very small, mostly the same daily with a rotation between omlettes or scrambled eggs, during a longer stay this is repeatative and caused us to go out for breakfast on multiple occasions for variety.

The staff was very nice. The facility was not what I was really expecting for a Townplace Suites. The building and rooms were old and run down. Plus, it was very difficult to sleep because we constantly heard what sounded like the plumbing all night. It seemed like every time a toilet was flushed somewhere in the building near our room, we got to hear it. It was bad.
