The room was dirty, especially the shower. The safety bar is partially detached and I almost fell because i held onto it and it was so loose. Overall very run down. Not at all like the pictures. The door to separate the living space from the bedroom couldn't even close. It was too big and drug on the floor. There was no breakfast that we could find. No one was at the desk to ask. We needed a pillow for our son who was sleeping on the pull out couch and were told they didn't have any.

The room had ants in the bathroom area. Also, the base of the bed was sticking out in a way it wasn't supposed to, causing me to stub my toe. Finally, things like toilet paper, soap and tissues weren't replaced when I requested. Overall very disappointing.

Property not the same when we last stay there has went down, the room had a funny smell, AC was not working properly never got cool. Something didn't feel right there my husband didn't really sleep well the whole night we were there due to not feeling safe.

Hotel is either really old, or just not maintained. Doors open to outside, there are no seals so the hot outside air blows right into the room. We had no hot water, cool with seconds of like warm, just enough to take an uncomfortable shower. Room was very dirty, i don't recommend walking around with white socks.

If you value your health and well being do not stay here. I was at that facility for less than 12 hours and I now have racked up thousands of dollars in medical bills. All from mold and other issues that involved bites from random bugs all over my legs and back! Bed bugs is the most likely.

There are so many issues to list but I will summarize it the best I can. Weed and cigarettes through out the entire NON smoking hotel. Mold in bathroom.. along with other various areas in the room. Couch broken so you could only sit on one side. Bed was rock hard and smelled musty.

The breakfast area was covered in a film or something.. nothing looked like it was cleaned in years.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here! This place has actually ruined the Holiday Inn chain for me. They don’t seem to care about anyone but themselves. Please; if you need somewhere to stay, stay in your car at a rest stop.. It would be so much better for you! Oh and if you have any issues.. Don’t ask for a refund or dispute your charges; they won’t give it to you!! I guess they need it for the ‘upgrades’ that are supposed to happen!

If I could give this hotel zero stars and still leave a review, I most definitely would. By far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. I was in town for 2 weeks, for work, I didnt even last 2 days at this hotel before I arranged for a different hotel. My hotel room smelled like feet, the carpet was gross, all stained up and dingy looking. Mice got into my groceries while I was at work, tore apart my cereal box and bag of doretos. Laying in bed one ran across the floor, then under my bed. It was at that time at 230 AM I decided to leave. Flying cockroaches everywhere. I checked out the next day, front desk said they would issue my employer a full refund, which they did. Then in the middle of the night the next night, the hotel charged my personal card $1,000. The card I paid the incidentals fee with. I was already in a new hotel at this point. This hotel is a joke in every way possible. A colleague had an ant infestation in his room, another had no air in one room, asked to be moved, had no tv. The pool was dirty. Your biggest mistake would be arranging to stay at this hotel during your time in Boca Raton. I promise you, you will regret it.
