If your looking for a 5 star resort this place "may" not be for you. If you're looking for an affordable place with comfortable beds, nice size rooms, large TV's, large nice pool, and a staff that goes above and beyond for their customers you may want to check in here. We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days. One room was missing a TV in living room area. We called the office and the staff brought and installed a large TV immediately. The rooms were clean, The beds are very comfortable with 4 fluffy comfy pillows, and the AC kept a consistent temperature of 69-72 (I like my rooms cold) Pool was AMAZING and typically closes at 9. At 10pm a staff member very politely reminded us of the closing time and gave us 15 more minutes. I kept putting my room key in with my credit cards which deactivated them. I had to go to front desk 3 times to have them reactivate my keys and they were extremely friendly about it. They keep a dispenser of cucumber water in lobby which is extremely refreshing when coming in from the heat. There's also an area in the lobby for families to play board games. There is no hot breakfast but the continental breakfast they offer is very nice, contains fruit, bagels, toast, yogurt, muffins, hot oatmeal, juices & coffee. The hotel is very "Pet friendly" which is very important to me even though I didn't have my Milo with me this time. It was very nice seeing the few dogs I got to see. It helped because I was really missing my fur baby. The staff turned this 3.5 star hotel into a 5 star resort for me just by how friendly and accommodating they all were. Lynn at the front desk treated my family like she would her own family and I really appreciated her. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I happen to be back in the area in the future.
If your an animal lover like myself, PLEASE bring cat food & check around the exterior of hotel. I met a couple sweet kitties outside in the back. I'm really going to miss them. It made my trip more enjoyable.

Tameka is a true asset to the hotel — her dedication, poise, and positive energy reflect the highest standard of hospitality. I hope to see her again on my next visit.
